Edged 22 min and accidentally went over the edge. Reminds me like me DE days. Not alot of sensation but still quickly ramps up. Plateau phase is still a mystery to me.

Tennis ball massage, then 9 min of Hindi squat and various other stretches through out the day. Trying to correct apt whenever I think about it when I am standing.

4 2.5 min Hindi squats for total 10 min. I RK throughout the day everyday. So disappointed in this morning though.

Nice to hear you also add this RK throughout the day to your routine. Im interested in hearing from you more about this topic next time. Is it easy for you to doing RK while your work, doing sport, talking, watching TV, reading books, making food, shopping, driving car, doing laundry, paying bills, cleaning house?

No it is not super easy for me. Depending on my position I can feel them so I am assuming depending on how I am it's not doing anything.

Woke up, tennis ball message during coffee. Edged for 31 min. Stayed fairly low on the arroisal scale again then hit first ponr at 24 min and stopped, rk a bit, everything dropped and then started till about 31 min and arousal stayed low again. 10 min of Hindi squats and quad and hip flexor stretches between squats. 2-3 min is all I can stay in the squat right now. Much improved from the original 30 sec. I need to figure out how to increase arousal slowly. Huh??
