    Been struggling with PreE for a long time. 36 years old and probably had this the whole time. I am finally in a really healthy and supportive relationship so it's time. I always thought when I would have regular sex it would take care of itself but it seems to be getting worse. In the beginning 5-10 min was usual, now under 1 min. Been doing RK and edging for about a year and haven't seen any progress at the real deal. This morning had sex, doggie, and didn't go very long. Seems to be even worse. The main difference is as our relationship emotionally progressed I went from being very insensitive to now very sensitive which feels great. last Saturday night with her on top I finally felt the plateau phase for only say 20 seconds but man have I been missing out. So going to do a log and finally beat this thing. My lady says she doesn't mind and prefers short sex mostly anyways. So being able to last 20/30 mins isn't something we are after but maybe 5 min will be better then being under 1. Also, I can usually satisfy her other ways so mentally I need to shed myself of that stress which I have been working on. I do not sure porn and edging by hand just isn't really exciting and I don't feel much anyways so I believe that's why edging never helped. I do have a tight pelvic floor and rk do not seem to have an effect on my bc muscle. I bought a Fleshlight to try too. I am currently doing tennis ball message daily. Also, when urinating I started this week not trying to kegel. That is harder then I thought. I don't notice having IK edging but just a tightness in general that I can't do anything about. Hindi squat is really hard for me to do and I have to watch my knee, anything else to simulate this? I am trying to keep a relaxed pelvic floor which I can do towards the back but not up front. I think this is alot of what's going on. I need to get this part unlocked. I read about 25yr thread about penis stretching, started that yesterday. We will see what happens. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Good luck man. Stress. The dick killer, both for guys with Pre E and ED, like me.

        Did the tennis ball message this morning, rk whenever I think about it. Tried edging with Fleshlight. Made it 14 min with stopping a bunch and didn't want to finish but did by accident. Extremely tight and can't figure out how to relax that yet.

          Did tennis ball message, stretching and edged 20 min. Erection quality was so so and feeling was hit or miss. Gotta figure this illusive plateau out

            Tennis ball message this morning while drinking coffee, did the penis stretching and feel it more on the skin then anything internal maybe not doing it right. Edged 13 minutes and noticed when I stop because of getting to close my penis kinda bobs up and down a little. Must be IK I'm guessing even though I don't feel anything. Try and think relax but can't do a front RK to save me life yet. Girlfriend is staying over tonight so going to be curious how that works out. Too early on to probably notice and arousal control is really difficult for me. Just foreplay can be a problem.

              Sex went not too bad. Took it nice and slow but still cannot relax the PF while aroused. Need to work on that. Noticed a slight plateau which is probably a good sign. Just gotta learn to stay there. Taking the day off today.

                Tennis ball message then edging. Made it 2 1/2 min then had to stop, couldn't do much more then 30 sec until having to stop until about 8 min in. Then went to about 10 min and had to stop. Called it quits at that point. Gonna do some stretches later

                  Yesterday did tennis ball message. Edged and hit first ponr again at 2 1/2 min. Much like day before once I made it to 8-10 min became much easier. Wonder why? This morning had similar experiences. Gotta figure out how to get past the first 2 min. Did stretches. Trying to RK throughout the day as well. Nothing to really report on yet but it's early.

                    I find the beginning of simulation also a time when I'm particularly sensitive and arousal seems to rise more quickly. After a few minutes I seem to be less sensitive and arousal is easier to control. That's why during sex, it's good to start slow and in a position you have more contol in.

                      Agreed It really helps to go slow at the start. Not just slow thrusts but everything. Sometimes when we get aroused we get excited because, ya sex is awesome and we want to get right into it. Breathing slower, relax mentally and physically and treat the first run to PONR as an edging session. When you get up there in arousal, stop or slow down or if she cant help herself from moving her hips, pull out and go down on her for a little.

                      Even porn stars need to switch positions and cut the scene to let arousal drop. They aren't super humans, they just have the techniques down.

                        I agree with both of you for sure. Yesterday did my usual routine and the 2 1/2 min mark is the killer, after that it is getting easier to make it to the 20 min mark. I am doing a few yoga stretches twice a day and they suppose to help relax the pelvic floor but I only feel them in my hips and groin muscle, that's probably an issue in itself. Just way to tight everywhere

                          Did the tennis ball massage, morning stretches, and edged. Edged 25 min, best the typical 2 1/2 min mark a little then had terrible EQ. My main goal is staying relaxed during it, maybe getting too relaxed. When I tense I stop, relax then go some more. I think this weekend is a good time to take some time off to recover. Girlfriend been under the weather lately so no sex this week yet to bench mark. Maybe this weekend.

                            Edged today and some yoga stretches. Hips are incredibly tight, like wow tight. Edging went decent, not plateauing but tolerance for pleasure seems to be slightly higher. It just builds then I stop for a second, try and relax and repeat. Gotta figure out how to get them to relax and maybe then plateau? I read some people say if you get to PONR just stop and call it quits till the next day instead of reinforcing the constant return to PONR. Makes sense kinda.

                              Had sex today. Going in I am definitely more relaxed but builds quickly. Pelvic floor tightens continually. I can loosen on my own but not during the act. This is probably why can't plateau. Tomorrow we start training again.
