Attempt to shift the focus from performance and focus on the "now". Appreciate the moment and just enjoy each other. When you can achieve this without worrying so much about performaince, your confidence will begin to shift in a positive direction. From there, keep building on this until your confidence becomes unshakeable.

I agree with this all the way. The lady I am with now doesn't really seem to care about how long you can go for. I can usually get her off by going down on her so that takes alot of pressure off. She tells me fast sex is still good sex. When I obsessed with going longer and my performance it was just a mood killer and a good way to make a woman not be in the mood. I'm lucky she treats me well. I am now telling myself I'm a sex God. It hasn't helped yet but it can't hurt! I think it will in the long run for sure.

I have IK's after I #2 in the bathroom. Uncontrollable spasms. Depends on how bad i had to poop, if my pelvic floor is real tight, ill have really bad IK's for about 5-10 minutes. I try to RK but the IK is too strong and just over rules it. There are times where I have clean #2 session, and i dont have IK's. Its mostly 75%, i'll have IK's and 25% i wont. I am just starting an actual edging routine over, I usually tried to do my sex as edging , and out of sex routines to help my edging(sex) go better. I am going to start another progress log and write everything down to see where i am lacking at and get feedback from the forum.

I have gotten lazy on my workouts past two weeks, but i was working out consistently for a month-two , and never saw great results. Did squats/glute/core workouts and i just felt like my pelvic floor was still tight. Like i know the difference when its released/loose and when its tight. When its tight, any certain movement i do, i feel like an IK can happen. When its loose, whenever i move around/stand up, nothing moves. Everything feels normal and good.

Okay for people who have cured their IK's or reduced them to the point where they can control when they have IK's, what was your routine? I am dedicated to solving my issue and will not give up, and feel like I must search more information on this forum. This should be my library and stay true to writing my progress log and getting feedback from other people. I have been lazy in the past year on really writing a progress log. If you look back at my recent threads, I had a log with my fleshlight, and really logged everything. I believe I was up to day 58, before i stopped posting. I stopped posting because I got a girlfriend and started having great sex due to my routine and workouts working. Its crazy because I have re-read it , and tried these routines and it doesn't work.I mean, I went from a two pump chump to a 1hour+ sex machine. I even had a 4 some, where i Outperformed the other guy! I mean i've had successful sex with woman and not so successful. I am trying to become where I dont have to worry about how long i will last. I believe i have performance anxiety which is a big killer. As of right now, my routine is to do my PE(JP90) routine and as my warmdown(edge) , then do pelvic floor workouts during the day. Will be focusing on Kegal/RK routine to try and balance it out. I believe I know what a RK is now, so now I am aiming for a balanced pelvic floor. So basically, 1.PE,2.Edging(Pre-E), 3. Pelvic floor. Will start a log and lets see how this goes!

More RK's . Full pelvic floor RK. lessen intensity of what causes the IK. Train that then increase intensity of IK stimulus and train that. small steps steady
