What do you think about my individual reasons ... I want to retrain the body/mind not to rush to orgasm and enjoy the journey instead of the ejaculation . 2) when I don’t cum, I’m more hornier , and want to have sex more . 3) if I do cum, my sexual urge isn’t that strong later in the day or even next day . My tolerance is pretty good , it doesn’t affect me health wise , the only thing I can think of is , after couple days of not ejaculating , it is harder to last because of the build up all week and my dick will be rock hard /super horny so it’s harder to last but I like having a rock hard , really dick . What are your thoughts after reading this ?

If you wish to hold back some of your ejaculations you can experiment with this. Realize that any semen built up and not release via ejaculation is still eventually excreted in urine. Also, there's the possiblitiy of vasocongestion- which can happen to some when they stop themselves from ejaculating.

I personally believe if your a regular practitioner of Semen Retention or continued Edging without Ejaculation you really need to have a good weight training + cardio routine going at least 4x-5x a week.
For myself and others who really see the benefits of Edging without Ejaculation but releasing during sexual intercourse have alongside them training to a nice cardio routine + weight training. Without it I think your asking for trouble. The physical exercise helps release a lot of that tension alongside giving you a little extra pump during your workout.
