2. Triangle breathing.
3. Focus on sensations in body.
4. On inhale: imagine energy in body moving away from balls, up the spine and to crown of head. On exhale: energy flows down from crown.
5. Think of gross stuff
6. Reduce speed.
7. Change angle of thrusts.
8. Take a break from penis stimulation (change position, switch to oral)
9. Close your eyes.
10. Ejaculate before sex with a gap just long enough that your erection isn't compromised.
