Hey guys!

When I started PE, I started doing regular kegels but I had so much difficulty identifying if I'm using the right muscle groups.

For the kegels, I can feel my bc muscle, the one nearer to the scrotum as opposed to the rectum. And I can do "two" motions with it. One is a clenching motion, and one is a "pushing out to the front" motion which is harder to hold. So I believe I have the front kegel and front reverse kegel down.

Now here's the problem, how does one do a back kegel? Even worse, how does one do a back reverse kegel?

All I can do or feel is clenching my anus.. So I feel like it's not doing anything for me.
