I am in the exact same situation with this initial urge to cum at first penetration. I was trying to counter this with strong RKs about 10-15 sec before getting in. I thought this will help as I can manage to bring my erection to about 40%. However if I dont stop in this very begging I will ejaculate even almost flaccid. This is so annoying. However at least for me now it is easier overcoming this urge by stopping for a while, earlier at 100% erection that was not possible. So I would say give this a try and see if this works for you. Try to penetrate even not 100% erect.

Hi, your situation seems similar to mine, a question if you don't mind as I believe that I have IKs, but I just want to be sure.
#1-Maybe 95%~ of the time I initially get an erection my bc muscle(below my balls) almost instantly becomes very hard and my erection/penis is very hard/not flexible. Usually during this I cant last longer then a few minutes.
#2-Maybe 5% of the time my bc muscle feels normal/loose/relaxed in which my penis is more flexible/not as hard as situation #1 and I am able to last >10 minutes during sex.
Is my #1 situation an IK? Or is my BC supposed to be super tight once I get an erection?
A few times I have been fortunate to have the #2 situation, which has happened a few times for me after a dry orgasm/ejaculation.

Your Erection and stimulation is connected to tightening up the PF. As you have noticed when you are relaxed and loose you can last longer. Its changing the way your body reacts to pleasure and arousal. I had written about this locked PF in my log at some point and its because of that exact thing.
Not sure if forcing a hard RK actually works the same way as relaxing. You maybe just adding tension another way if you are pushing a hard RK that is lowering your EQ. Your EQ maybe dropping not just because of the RK but because your mind is focusing on that as well. Hard RKs are good for stretching and widening that gap between tight and loose PF. It is also a support for relaxing the PF if held lightly.My PE Thread

So a normal person who doesn't have PE should start at scenario #2 once erect, then eventually with time get to #1 once he is excited/ready to ejaculate? From what I've read I need to stretch, edge to relax my PF to get to #2 once I erect? I guess just my bad masturbation habits in my teens just got my body to situation #1 trying to ejaculate ASAP?
I've been going to a PF therapist the last couple months, she isn't a fan of pushing hard to do RKs, she helped out alot with Diaphragmatic breathing and I seem to have back RKs down. I think I need to work on my front RKs possibly with my issue (are they even possible with D breathing?, from my exp last few months I think they are mostly back RKs right?)

So the last days I practiced edging more intensely. To my embarasement, I think I edged in the wrong way until now, or not in the good way for Pre E.
What I THOUGHT was plateau edging, was more like normal edging where I would stop when PONR, and resume WITHOUT sensations.
But recently I got the courage to ride those sensations that come with PONR, like slowing down but not stopping, focusing on breathing. Actually only just now I have learned how breathing can trully control you and your sensations.
Of course breathing didnt help when normal edging, because I was trying to relax a relaxed dick. But when I am trully riding that edge and NOT stopping, but just slowing down a bit, breathing deep, I can now trully sense how it can help. I didn't even need to RK.
As days went by, my body and brain became more and more acustomed with the intense feelings. For example, 3 days ago, when i was PONR, i could barely go another 5-6 strokes slow. Today I managed to ride an edge for 5 minutes on the clock before dick went relaxed again.
This might be common sense for a lot of you guys, but like some guy wrote in that edging for plateau thread, these phases are unknown to the common Pre E patient, myself included. My brain is just waiting for PONR to orgasm, it has no knowledge on how to keep that nice plateau of intense sensations WITHOUT ejaculating.
I attribute this to stretching as well as I am not sure I could of go for longer plateaus with a tense PF, but yeah, up until a few days ago, was doing edging wrong.
I also moved stretching to every other day as some MINOR EQ problems appeared a few days ago, that was mostly because of a lot of RKs throughout the day. Seems it fixed itself today.
Libido is not up nor down, I think it finally got to a balance point where I don't want to hump air, but don't preffer TV over sex either.
L.E. I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but it's worth mentioning it again for others with highly tenses PF. My flacid lenght has increased considerably. First I thought it's just something that will go back the way it was, but it seems that tension was keeping my penis short while flacid and semi-hard. Now it's bigger and more... soft/spongy. Wife noticed too and even asked what happened, so it's not just my brain. Did NOT measured it before, but a modest approximation would be that I gained like 2cm in flacid. I've written a big update but it got lost due to the rollback. So here it is:
- I had sex numerous times since I last updated. Most went pretty well, a few not so much. I will concentrate on the not so good parts.
- No matter what i do, I can NOT avoid the urge to ejaculate once I penetrate her. This is like 1-2 strokes tops, and then the urge comes. Most of the times I manage to overcome it by pulling out and wait it out, sometimes I would do some hard RK, sometimes it's not needed. But the problem is that this is a hit and miss, as I can't pull this off all the time. After this point, I can have sex as a normal person. Whenever I feel PONR is getting close, I relax, breathe, so I can avoid it on and on. But the start is what's killing me. I know the stretching and edging works, I see results from it. Lasting longer than ever, PF is stretched, relaxed during the day, everything is ok. But once I get inside her, shit hits the fan. I have no idea what so ever on how to attack this problem. My only opinion is that I might get an extremly tense PF during foreplay and as soon as heat and stimulations hit my penis, all hell breaks loose.
- During my edging sessions, I have managed to have partial ejaculations when performing a very strong RK at ponr. These let me continue edging without losing EQ and desire. I figure if I keep working on RKs I can have a DO when I start sex, but this would be something I would depend on every time and I am reluctant regarding this. While multiple orgasms sound good, it's the technique that might not work with me at all times.
- Started doing ab workout, mostly leg raises to target lower abs, glute bridges and squats. Since a few days of doing this, Rks happen naturally during the day without me forcing anything. I think this is what lead ACPreE to unlock his PF during foreplay which I belive will change everything.
- Started doing ballooning again, targeting the frenulum to try and get used to tight sensations longer
- Looking to pick some exercises with weights at home that releases the most amount of endorphins, as I think this helps a lot with arousal control and performance anxiety.
Any input on my progress and maybe something I'm missing would be highly appreciated.
2 and a half months passed, and while I do see progress, good progress, I feel there is something I am not doing that might better address the problem I have when sex starts. Thank you!

I start sex in side by side position because it is easy for me to flex my abs and RK.
But most importantly, it allows me to apply a trick.
The trick is to push the inner penis/pelvic floor with hand. And I don't feel any sensation in the penis, and continue thrusting for 20-30 minutes without stopping. This is kind of manual alternative to RK's etc., and is worth trying.

Can you explain how you push the inner penis/pelvic with hand (is this just like cock ring)?
The only position I can hold a light rk is standing by the bed and thrusting. If I spread my butt cheeks, I can go faster without the urge to cum.Started 7/15/2017

Would like to make a small update to tell everyone, especially those still starting out a routine how important workouts are.
it's been 8 days since I am doing lower abs workout ( leg raises, hollow body, and variations ), glute bridges ( frog bumps variations ) and squats ( flat footed ). Today was the first day I didn't walk with a clenched PF. Glutes activated finally and I felt how the started to take over the load of the body when walking around.
As for abs, whenever I sit down now, doing whatever like working or eating, and do breathing with keeping the inhale for at least 2 seconds, it's basically like I'm keeping a full RK without pushing a thing. When I get up from a chair I feel my PF loose like I was doing 5 hours of intense Rks and hindi squats.
Started to do some posterior chain workout as well but that's fresh so nothing to report here, although whenever I finish I can see my posterior pelvic tilt trying to get fixed. Also doing some exercises to fix my round shoulders, but I don't think this has anything to do with Pre E.
But yeah, lower abs, glutes and squats helped me stay in an RK all day long without me pushing a thing. Whenever I do an RK on purpose, it's like a balloon will pop, that's how much pressure I feel now.
No sex yet, hopefully I'll see some results there too.
Sticking to edging and plateau which started to come together too, but there are some hits and misses too, like when I go too far.
Will update soon, hopefully with good news.
