    Hello. For those of you who like to know the problem, here is the initial thread where Pegasus adviced me to start a log

    After reading the stickies, decided to pick Plateau Edging with slow strokes, along with PF relaxation exercises. So here we go.

    Day 1

    - 15 minutes Hindi Squats, average 3 minute hold per squat, deep belly breathing when down, PF feels expanding and relaxing.
    - 10 minute baby pose stretch, deep belly breathing, PF feels expanding and relaxing.
    - 25 minutes edging for plateau and trying to stick there. This one was a little hard, it was my first time doing it in this fashion. First 5 minutes was spent more like a ballooning session, then started stroking, focusing on the entire penis since my problem is ( I THINK ) on the frenulum and glans part. I had to do a very very slow stroke everytime to not get past plateau. Basically more or less it was a 1-1.5 second stroke, using just my imagination. IKs were present, tried to relax, but only minor results, yet I could handle them. Tried to keep my EQ near 100% every time to have the pressure created on the frenulum part as this seems the trigger point in my case. Did not reach PONR the entire session, just good feelings which seemed nice. Will repeat tomorrow.


    Sex is off until I buy larger diameter condoms, was barely able to find 64mm ones. Will be my first try using such condoms so hope for the best.
    Any advice during would be highly appreciated.

      Day 2

      - a little under 15 minutes hindi squats, belly breathing while down
      - 10 minutes child pose while breathing to expand the PF
      - aprox 22 minutes edging, again very slowly to try and maintain myself in a plateau. Was again hard, IKs were all over the place, had momments of 5 seconds per stroke so i dont get to ponr. I observed I get an IK every time my shaft is pulled down, due to my frenulum being stretched down. This might be the BC reflex and i'm confusing it with an IK, still can't controll it. Same thing happens when the stroke goes up past the glans. This is also when I get most of the sensations which lead to PONR. trying hard to get accustomed with the feelings.
      First time ever in a masturbatory session where I get precum after 10 minutes since edging stopped. Was feeling some waves in the hour after, was feeling good, don't know what was, maybe some sort of entry level dry orgasm of some sorts. Tomorrow i'll try to edge with the tight condoms i have on, so the shaft doesn't go over the head, but only the hand. Didn't have sex yet.
      I observed ass is clenched all day long, especially if there is any activity i have to do. I don't have APT though. Trying to RK and keep a light hold whenever I can.

      Again, any thoughts would be highly appreciated, especially regarding the gains in girth and over sensitivity I developed which lead to Pre E.

        Relaxing the PF all day and stretching was a big improvement to my overall health. Bc muscle spasm and IK are still confusing me roomI used to massage the bc muscle with tennis ball alot but that might be bad. Haven'tt seen much progress in the bedroom yet but I can edge for pretty much as long as I want. I'm the beginning of a 3 day edging routine I always used the 3rd day as PIV. I think that was a mistake because you are going into the big day with 2 days of buildup. I've since done better with PIV since I've stopped edging. For me it's the mental side I think I have to overcome at this point since the physical side I have and are addressing.

          I forgot to mention I haven't ejaculated at the ending of the edging sessions. Not as a routine specifically for Pre E, but to reduce a bad bad habbit of porn masturbate orgasm, was ejaculating 2-3 times a day and felt tired all day long. usually not more than 7-8 days pass as I have sex and eliminate, but it's been a big improvement for my daily fatigue.

          Not sure what PIV is, can't find the abreviation.

              Day 3 and 4
              - continued with the regular baby pose and hindi squats; fond that if i stretch the knees even further in the baby pose, PF expands even more when breathing deeply. increased to 25 minutes, PF seemed like air
              - edging session for 25 minutes with lube this time, was stil very hard to keep me in a plateau. There were times when one milimeter more woulf of shoot me to PONR. Still have to use 2-4 seconds strokes otherwise I would ejaculate. tried combinating RKs when stroking. had succes for a short while, like 4-5 minutes after which it only seemed to make it worse. Compared to the first day, i THINK i see some small improvements sensations wise, and I can handle them 1% better. Hope it's not placebo. Tonight I might have some sex, will see what I can manage.
              Tried to balloon after edging, was impossible without the IKs going through the roof.

              I have one curiosity though, and I hope some guru will shed some light on this. At the end of the edging session, at some point my glans were super sensitive, exactly how they are after I orgasm and ejaculate. I'm pretty sure it wasnt just my mind. Could it be due to the prolonged plateau or did I just got one of those dry orgasms?

                Day 5

                - did only baby pose, this time stretching the knees even further, felt a different and better PF expansion, more on the front where the BC is. tried to stay like this for 20 minutes, then hip flexors became sore ( or some other ligaments )

                - edging session took 40 minutes, but serious sensations started after the first 12 minutes, so let's say 28 minutes of non stop plateau, stroking was a little faster than the previous days. I see some improvements regarding IKs. i was mistaking them a lot with the BC muscle reflex when hitting the glans. After I discovered this today, felt a little more in control. Triple checked so I make sure it isn't placebo. In the middle of the edging session I managed to get into a state where I could isolate the BC muscle and relaxing it ( i think ) to the point where I got the sensation that I would pee. Tried to maintain this state a few times during the edging session, and for the most part worked, as I could stay in control and keep myself into a nice plateau. After 35 minutes, I decided it is time to cum ( no sex so I had to eliminate sperm ), but decided I would try a long and strong PC kegel ( not BC ). It bought me 5 minutes more where I could trust SO FAST, keep my EQ at 100% and still don't feel the urge to cum. After this, I decided to ejaculate in case I have sex tonight so I don't go into it will a full load.
                Personal point is that in this day I saw realistic improvements. Not much, but it kind of counts. A good day as it spikes up my morale into going further with the training.
                Need to work on my breathing and relaxation during arousal. When I was getting near PONR at the end, heart beat spiked that I felt a pulse in my hand while masturbating.

                  Day 6

                  - same yoga stretches i did until now, trying different combinations, relaxing my pelvic floor. Developed a better feeling of IKs throughout the day, when I walk, when I lift something trying to combat with Rks.
                  Have great results with meditative Rk breathing, but I also have a small hernia and if I RK for more than 5-10 minutes a day, abdomen starts to hurt ( abdominal wall ).

                  - edgins session for 25 minutes. Today had some wierd results for which I want to ask all of your opinions.
                  So basically IKs where present ( SIKs ) but never left plateau, and even that was a very mild one. Basically if I didn't want to escalate, arousal was kept in place and I felt I could go on for hours, even with the nice sensations I had. Here is the wierd part I. To which should I attribute this "success" ? Part of me would like to think it's because of the routine, but there is another factor involved. I ejaculated yesterday, and before that there had been over 2 weeks since I last ejaculated. So what I'm asking is that is it possible that by eliminating that pressure, I could have a better edging session ?

                  One other question would be regarding what can I do with the Iks that I have throughout the day when I walk, lift, climb stairs, etc? Not sure if it's an IK or ass clenching, but I do feel the PF tense until I relax it. Any thoughts would be highly appreciated.

                      I\m 80% certain I can eliminate those, will do more checks but I don't think posture is an issue, I don't have APT, only my neck bone is a little tilted. Muscle imbalance might be thought...

                      I had sex last night. Premature ejaculation happened within 30-40 seconds after I entered her. So it's safe to assume that regarding sex, there is no improvements.
                      But the good part is that I think I know what causes it. High arousal is the culprit in this case, at least I'm almost sure.
                      It seems I lost the power to handle arousal when wife got pregnant and sex was of the table.

                        Late Day 7 update

                        - playing with PC muscle contractions to discourage arousal. tried 3 edging sessions applying kegels to the pc to bring my arousal down. Worked every time. Last edging session was done for a period of 45 minutes with intense stimulations. Would like to note to me and who are reading that it is my first time using this muscle group during sex and/or masturbating/edging, this intense at least. Remember did it a few days ago just once at the end of a edging session and didn't give it much thought.
                        I also did some tests in an out of edging time frame, where I would get aroused at peak levels and try and bring me ( and my eq 100% erection ) down and it seems to work. When I contract it i feel my spine on fire, a nice feeling, no idea how to describe it.
                        Have much work to do towards arousal it would seem.

                        L.E. I seem to find that members here call this PC kegel a root lock, and a BC kegel normal kegel, so I will continue with these terms so I don't confuse anyone. Just to make sure everyone understands, when I say PC muscle, I'm talking about the one you use to squeeze your anus.

                            Day 8

                            - skipped yoga due to hernia. did some lifting in the yard yesterday and my abdominal wall is sensitive
                            - documented a few arousal breathing techniques
                            - edging session went on for 30 minutes, continuously with an 100% EQ. I applied tremendous arousal BEFORE edging ( watching porn PICS, not videos ) and let my imagination wild, while in the same time doing my best to lower it down with steady breathing, and root lock kegeling ( back kegeling ) to subside my arousal. Everytime I would measure my EQ to make sure it's working. After 20 minutes of this I proceeded with edging session I mentioned above.
                            What was different that previous sessions:
                            - basically in previous edging sessions I would hit a near PORN plateau right after 5 minutes of stimulation. Today was different, first 20 minutes felt like I could go on for days.
                            - everytime I would get near PONR i would NOT make my strokes slower, but instead do 3-4 light root lock kegels ( back kegels ) on the exhale
                            - tried to concentrate on the bc muscle in my mind and trying to make it relax. not sure HOW MUCH that helped, but today was the first day I would feel that the BC reflex doesn't trigger an IK.
                            - heart rate did went nuts, but managed to slow it down a few times, must work more towards this part.

                            After reflecting on my self and read what I wrote here, I realise my problem might be over arousal due to the sex break I had when wife got pregnant. Before that sex was ok, rarely had a scene of Pre E. But after the break, even seeing her naked in the shower makes my dick spike.
                            I am doing a session of 7-11 breathing ( inhaling for 7 seconds, exhaling for 11 ) and I do see relaxing results, but it's still work in progress.

                            After 1 week of training and keeping this log, I have made NO IMPROVEMENTS towards sex, but A LOT of improvements towards self awarnes and edging stamina compared to my previous 3 minutes masturbating sessions.
                            Reverse Kegel medative breathing does wonders as to relax the PF, sadly it stretches my abdominal wall too much and puts stress on my hernia. But it's something I see helping the mind eventually doing it on its own after a perioud of time.
                            Will update tomorrow. But I do have a question. I work online as a programmer, and basically I sit on a hard chair all day. Does this put pressure on my prostate and would a pillow help relieve this pressure? Any advice regarding this?

                              Day 9

                              - small but visible improvements in terms on IKs during the day and when edging. I am not sure to what should I attribute this: to the stretching or to the exercising of back kegels ( root locks / PC muscle ) as I suspect there is a minor inbalance between the BC and the PC muscle.
                              - focused more on breathing and lowering arousal, not only related to sex but to other activities I do during the day, even leveling down stress. I'm still feeling the water with this but it would seem it has A LOT to do with how I recently respond to stimulation.
                              - even though I am doing deep belly breathing when edging, I still need to do a back kegel to slow down arousal. In some minor events where arousal was too high, I would also engage the BC muscle involuntarily.
                              - at the end of the edging session when I was nearing PONR, i tried to keep out by only breathing. I had a momment of success but then I think that the joy distracted me and I had to back kegel to get out of it.
                              (!!) - have problems breathing through the belly when standing UP. when I say problems I mean it can't expand like when i'm standing down. It might have to do with my sternum not being expanded, will look further into this
                              - i realise that what I am discovering just now are actions that non pre e people do this normally without giving it much thought.
                              - trying to control arousal during edging without going away from the moment. By this I mean I don't want to stare at the ceiling when I'm having sex to be in control, as this is missing out.
                              - observed that it's not sexual content that rises my arousal but the part where women go wild when stimulated. Basicaly naked women = level 6 arousal, naked women having an orgasm = level 12 arousal. Writing this down for refference in the next weeks for myself ( sorry for the long stories ).
                              - last night gave wife a massage because of her sore neck, and if usually I would be with an 100% EQ all time, this time I tried to relax and it worked. I still had to back kegel a few times though. This is something I need to make my mind do on its own.

                              Question for Pegasus or any other guru:
                              - Should I include ballooning again in my routine? If you remember I started to blaim this as it made my girth increase a lot and I thought it's the sensitivity that drives me to PreE. Now when edging, only time I see it acting up is when i stroke all the way down and the skin pulls my glans causing what I think is an IK but it might also be the bc reflex.
