  • Question about Hindi Squats

    Hi! I have a question about how to do hindi squat. It has to be like a normal training squat? A lot of quick repetitions like 3x15. Or you have to maintain the squat 20-30 seconds.
    Sorry for my english.

    from my understanding on the matter, the point is to sit in the down position for as long as you can, and perform belly breathing. When doing this, you will feel your pelvic floor expanding. If you do not feel this, stretch the knees further away and try again. Breathing must be performed through the belly, not lungs.
