  • Pe / apt

    Hi guys
So I have pe and think the cause is apt/bad posture
I've had pe my whole life really, bad masturbation habits etc alcohol and drugs helped however last year I decided that is no longer a method I want to use.

I've been to the doctors was prescribed ssri just didn't want to take it he then sent me to a sex therapist who was trying to get me to do kegals just through this forum I know it's not a great advice

Im in a stable relationship and basically have to to stop start many many times in sex, I get lots of iks

My apt is quite bad which I have been trying to fix, my job is manual labour lifting furniture alladay and driving, i recently
realized I'm flat footed which was effecting my walking which has contributed to my apt so I've been struggling to correct my walking which I think is alot better, scheduled to see a podiatrist I do feel my glutes engaged when walking now and they hurt some and ache after work
I am incredibly quad dominant, when trying to glute Bridges my quads just take over any advice on this would be appreciated
I've seen a chiropractor who is helping me with the apt he's mainly going to work on the tight muscles whilst I'm trying strengthen my weak muscles.

Not sure what to do really my rks aren't great I can mainly front rk although i haven't been focusing on them that much as I realize they'll be easier when my apt gets a bit better. And I can't seem to back rk. Really just hanging my hopes on them getting better and easier when my apt is better

I'm mainly looking for help with the apt at the moment iwake up early to stretch everyday and stretch of an evening after work recently started planks everyday and still trying to find the most effective glute exercise coz of my quads I currently do frog pumps and donkey kicks
I'm even wondering if my job is ideal whlist I'm trying to fix all this although I would have to go into truck driving if I left which isn't ideal either

any advice/ help would be appreciated

You seem to be finding your way forward .

Is your pelvic floor weak as well as tense ?
    What stretches are you doing?

I started developing anterior pelvic tilt because I stopped my stretching and mobility and it didn't have any effect on my sexual endurance. It only hurt my sprints because it would add unnecessary stretch to my hamstrings making it hurt to open in stride, until I would either get injured or fix the problem.

I'm not.sure if I'm weak, definitely feel tension down there, I can get hard flaccid symptoms sometimes but spend time doing some front rks and it relieves! I've found a male pelvic floor specialist near me, hoping to go see them

Iv e always done manual labour jobs and never really stretched.God knows how many steps I do a day. now realize I've been walking incorrectly too, no wonder I've got problems

Invest in a solid foam roller and use that in conjunction with stretching. It helps loosen up tight muscles and breaks up any build up from fibers tearing and healing back tighter.
