Understanding RKs and how to perform it is the biggest part.
A quick tip: when doing a good front RKs you should feel 3 places are opening and pushing out: - above on the based of your penis, below your penis where your balls attached to your body and a centimetre or so in front of your anus (approximate locations, maybe individuals be slightly different). If you do no not feel it on those places, you are not fully RKing.
Also, trying RKs in positions where ground is not limiting expansion of your coccyx is far better than lying on the ground or sitting.

You can buy Magnesium oxide 400mg over the counter. That will stop your premature ejaculation issue. Just take one a day.

Dear Members,
I really appreciate you all helping me. As for me I'm doing the best I can to cure this PreE I have but I just can't pinpoint where exactly my problem lies. So far nothing has really yielded results for me. I have tried edging with my hand and with a fleshlight STU, stretching, RK training, training my abbs with the beachbody insanity abbs workout videos and doing glute bridges afterwards. Meditative RK's, almost everything suggested on this forum I tried but I really don't see no results.
I know I will fix this problem of mine and don't want to lose hope but I am really lost at the moment.
I believe that the routine I must follow to fix the problem is the following:
-Stretching (lajin stretch, hindi squat, hip flexor stretch, etc)
-RK training, lying down on the floor or seated and doing 5 minutes of front RK training and gradually upgrade the time
-Lower abbs workout and glutes (it seems many members had their PreE cured by also training their lower abbs and doing glute bridges alot)
-Edging (maybe I should start doing edging as well but it seems I can last long while edging but not during sex, so for me it feels like this is not really helping)
As for the stretching part I'm not sure if I am doing the right stretches and would like some help with this. I read on alot of stretches from the stretch pose of pegasus and did the whole list twice a day but yielded no results so if you guys have suggestions as to which stretches where really helpfull in battling PreE I would really appreciate that.
If you have more methods that I should add to my routine please let me know.
Like I said: I am really lost at the moment and don't want to lose hope but right now it feels like a battle I can never win.
My ultimate goal: is just to last between 10-20 minutes each session. If that would happen I would be really satisfied and could enjoy sex but it seems so impossible for me.

Simple cure for PE
Once I started taking Magnesium Oxide, I was able to last 20 minutes. It works and it's so easy to take each day. Over the counter and inexpensive. I don't know why more people don't know this...I can clamp for an hour with continuous edging...hard thrusting...I mixed it up when I was doing that. Now I typically clamp for 15-30 minutes with continuous edging and no cumming...Magnesium Oxide 400 mg once a day fixes PreE.Start BPEL 4.9 MSEG 4.7
