Hey bud, chiropractor visits are not a bad idea.
Might I recommend looking up an MAT practitioner near you? Muscle Activation Techniques. Does flipping wonders for my legs, hips, back, shoulders, neck.... Helping get your discomfort under control may be a good step forward.
Beyond that, there is a lot of knowledge here, heed advice from the champs and do your due diligence.

Yes, this posture related issue is ongoing for a couple of years now. Every therapist under the sun has been tried. As I’m an ex-athlete who has represented his country running, I have the dedication but alas it’s been quite frustrating putting in lots of effort and as of yet not a massive improvement. I’ll continue on my path (have around 8 chiro appointments and I’m hoping to see more improvements). I’m convinced that this is why I’m on these forums looking for help as before all this I was probably normal enough. I really appreciate all the support

So not much updates as time of the month for wife.
Some positive news on edging - couple of sessions, one about half and hour and the other over an hour. I feel that I’m starting to listen to my body now- staying in that relaxed phase for longer. Hopefully I can see some minor guys when I have sex next. Still continuing with chiro, squats and starting some incline walking . Will see how it goes.

Ok so have continued Hindi squats , incline walking, some tennis ball massage, and chiropractor again tomorrow.
Wife back in action , bj the other night and was good for approx 10 mins. Had sex earlier and it was a disaster to put it mildly.
Being honest I was hoping to see some benefit, anything!!! but no. EQ was bad and when I got it in I felt the rumblings more or less straight away. Stopped and tried again but EQ didn’t recover.Being honest it’s kicked my confidence completely.
I have some questions which I’m hoping some members may be able to help me with.
When I try light RK, I mostly feel as if I’m going to pass wind or more. !!!Is this normal?
Along with PPT , si joint pain and herniated discs , I have a bloody sore tailbone ? Anyone know how to fix this?
My wife and I have massively different sex drives. I’m on the v high end. Unfortunately I always feel like the seeker. And as I’m thinking about sex a lot when it comes to the event- I feel my nerves building. I also feel that even though I’ve emptied my bladder, it still doesn’t feel empty. Anyone know / experience this? How can I communicate with my wife so I can feel more relaxed. I’ve tried but she’ll never talk about our sex life
Being honest I’m at the point where I don’t know where to turn. I almost feel like giving up on the sex thing- in some cases it wouldn’t bother my wife that much probably anyway.

Mastering the RKs takes some time. Try doing more stretching and deep diaphragm belly breathing. I do them by tightening my abs and pushing down on inhale. With the time you will feel you PF expanding. One you manage to do this RK are coming more natural and easy. What i am experimenting recently is trying to stay in PPT while doing this, helps a lot.
For the issue with wife not sure what advice to give you because I am in the same boat as you. If my wife have much lower sex drive then me.. if I am on 9 on the scale from 1-10 , she is on 2. And to be honest I think this is one of the reasons it is so difficult to cope with the PreE. When we are building tension and there is no understanding partner on the other side it is much harder...

It takes time. It could take a longtime. I started to work on myself in 2014...only saw real breakthroughs in 2016.
Keep working at it. Maybe you need to look at natural supplements like ginger or ginseng.
I had that problem, but once you get the hang of it you will see there is a difference. The RK is about letting the balls drop. When you RK it should feel like pushing the balls down/away from the body. The Kegel is pulling balls up in to the body.
Focus on what can reduce anxiety. Don't expect sex, but do sexual things that might build up the wife's sex drive. Massages are good. Foot massages daily help a lot. I do that for my wife. For every three foot massages one will end up with sex. That's a fair trade for me.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>

Thanks for the tips. I’ll try this. I’m also now thinking of going to a pelvic physio. I’m kinda constantly in pain too so that can’t help.
Yeah regarding the scales I’m pretty much the same . She is understanding but hasn’t really tried to help me with my issues. She just tells me it’s fine. Plus she is mostly not into long foreplay or taking time over sex and I think this actually increases the pressure on me sub consciously.
