    He actually mentioned that I’ve quite a good base in strength terms. He wants to isolate certain muscles and make them very strong to prevent too much rotation in the trunk.
    Not sure In Pre E terms is there any connection. Maybe I should focus more on kegels and not RK
    Anyway I’ve exercises to do which I’m going to dedicate myself to. He also wants me in the gym more lifting weights - he feels just doing Pilates alone is not what I need.

    So in truth not much change in terms of lasting longer. I’d still like to be better but I’m not 100 percent focused about it as much anymore as there’s more to life.
    I’ve had success but mainly it’s been due to knowing my limitations. I just spend more time on foreplay.
    Being honest I’m not sure what area to work on. My back pain is now mostly gone. Have worked on all the stretching exercises etc The one thing I haven’t focused much on is kegel/reverse k. Not sure why - maybe this is the area I need to work on

    So I started hitting the gym again this week. 5 visits. Mainly half cardio half strength work with the focus on securing up the core, hip and back area. Must saw after this week my body feels better in general. Had sex last night - decent effort probably around 4 mins there or thereabouts. My wife really likes a good pounding basically straight into it with little if any foreplay. With Pre-e it can be hard to last any length of time sometimes but thankfully she was pleased last night. I also started a course of probiotics yesterday and got some magnesium oil . Will continue and see can I make more improvements but I’m happy that my wife was happy 😃

    So still hitting the gym about 5 days a week. Combo of cardio (10 min run, 3000m rowing) and full body strength work via weights machines and free weights. Hindi squat daily plus some RK when I remember.
    Definitely my body is feeling much stronger. Sex wise - wife was away for a week but had sex last night. Decent again approx 5 mins or so. Recognised I was getting close and told the wife I need a breather but she told me to keep going so came soon after. I’m taking it as a positive as I know there’s been times where I was 30 secs and had zero control.
    Have had a few issues as of late which I would appreciate some help.
    Couple of times EQ hasn’t been great. Maybe this is to be expected as I’m 42 but I don’t know. Can RK and time in Hindi squat cause problems with EQ?
    How do I truly know my pelvic floor is relaxed. I really struggle to understand this

    Progress Update
    So decent progress and last night proved that. PIV between 5-10 mins but the main thing for me was my wife let out a howl at the end. She came first and I came soon after as she wanted me to. Must say time is irrelevant to me but the moaning and pleasure is key.
    Few months ago zero control now have about 60% control.

    Well done. Sounds like the PF stretching and relaxing is paying off. As to the EQ, you do still need a strong PF so it's possible that to much stretching and relaxing without having the strength, could be leading to weaker erections.

    Pelvis, are you still doing Lajin? Rank the 5 most important things that helped you go from 0% control to 60%. I have bad PE and can relate to your thread. It seems like you are officially turning the corner.

    No, stopped the lajin. It’s a nice stretch though so try it.
    I’ve always had good flexibility being honest. Deep Hindi squats for 10 mins was never a problem for me. I wouldn’t rank items per se but here is a short list of items:

    1). Hindi Squats, child pose, happy baby pose
    2) Get Stronger ( barbell with weights and do squats, lunges, hip thrusts) . I feel this helped me. I started going to a gym 4-5 times a week -about 50 min session- obviously we can’t at present due to lockdown but improvise.
    3) change attitude- it’s not the end of the world if you come too quickly at times. Love yourself. Us men think we need to last a long time to prove something but no it’s not all about that. Most women don’t want sex for ages as it can hurt so take the pressure off. Enjoy it, control it when needed - think positive 😉
    As mentioned I’ll keep trying to get better but I’m done with obsessing about it- as it doesn’t help

    Ok so I want to clarify something which I made a mistake on in my original post . I originally said I had a posterior pelvic tilt but I was wrong - it’s most definitely an Anterior Pelvic Tilt(APT). As it happens I also have flared ribs and this may be causing the APT. I am doing exercises now to try and resolve this. Folks all I can say is that APT causes pain and in my ways that pain can surface whether you are in physical pain or pain due to sexual dysfunction issues. Please everyone listen to the folk on here when they talk about APT - you need to fix this before you can get rid of your PE. Due to most people working in offices , posture issues occur and I’d bet most who struggle with PE have APT. Good luck fixing your APT then your PE.

    Hi all, not updating frequently but continue to work on my body. Quick summary of what I’m doing.
    So I have APT caused by muscle imbalances. I’m back running now 5-6 days a week. I’m stretching after it - child’s pose, Hindi squats, Epsom salt baths etc. I continue to strengthen muscles mainly glutes via weights and resistance bands. Body seems to be generally feeling a lot better.
    Anyway some success. Yesterday woke up early around 5 due to ☀️. Worked all day. Doing a running speed session(4 by 1km) and felt good after it. Came home ate and sat in Hindi squat for about 20 mins and went to bed. Wife has been out of action as of late so was expecting nothing. Anyway she started playing with me so I just chilled out. Then out of no where she wanted me. I was ready and just went for it. About 5 mins later she came hard and for the first time in a long long time I was ready to keep going . So I did and she came again a few mins later. This was a real breakthrough moment. I started posting on these threads in February and I’ve made progress. Today I’m still on a high. There may be knockdowns again but my confidence is much better. Another point to note. In the past I felt I was suffering from ED too. About a month ok I purchased a bathmate . I’m using that every other day and I must say I think it’s great for EQ. Anyway strength to you all. Fix muscle imbalances and you can beat PreE 💪
