Hi all
Still noticing some good results. Last night my wife and I had sex. I came when she was done - again this morning we had sex and although a bit quicker , we both had fun.
I continue exercising, physical therapy once per week and I also use a yoga bolster to perform RK. Honestly I find this great - I get into a child’s pose (knees wife) and deep breath and stretch out pelvic floor and lower back. Recommend fellow PreE sufferers to try it. Convinced that a lot of cases could be solved by fixing the muscle imbalances.

This is very good, when you do realize that all have been PF tightness and hip around and back muscles imbalance, your progress becomes an exponential positive curve. You say a lot of cases could be solved, I say majority 96 out of 100 if there is not cardiovascular, trauma or hormone issues.

Yes completely agree. I understood a long while back that this was the problem but I just didn’t know how to fix it. I do now. I must say I use the bathmate 4 times a week too. It’s great for confidence and EQ really improves too(I’m 42😂
. Being honest my focus now has shifted away from PreE and erection issues to having fun with my wife. As a couple we are much happier. I seriously can’t remember my wife wanting an early morning romp after having one the night before. It’s really gave me huge confidence that I’m on the right track and I need to stay on it
Thanks

So my body is broke again. Sciatica pains. Why ? It’s all down to running as I’m a runner or ex runner now. Actually this brings me to the point of my update. I’m starting to wonder how much of an impact, running / fast running has On the pelvic floor and then Pre E. I have a funny feeling it may be one of the causes of my problems. Interested to get peoples opinions on this ?
For me - it’s a process now of fixing my body again . I’ve got to believe that my stretching and strengthening over the past few months will not mean I go back to square one with pre e.

I think it is a common thing that runners start to develop legs and toes which is somewhat towards inside of the body, while naturally your toes and feet should be straight with a bit out turn while walking or running. If you test that you see while your toes are out, your glutes are activated (not like duck feet type, just a bit out) and your FTL is relaxed and your inner thighs are naturally being stretched while walking, the 3 most important contributors to tight PF are naturally improving. While your toes are turned inside, you use your FTL and outer quads for movement, and your inner thighs are in compressing condition. Maybe that's why runners do a loads of stretches daily to keep the balance.
And I am sorry, Sciatica sucks, which again can be a sign of inactivate glutes and problems in your overused lumbar spine muscles. However, if it is due to misplacement of your spine rings, then you need professional help.
Can anyone shed some light on...
