I felt i needed to post about this SSRI which is generally 1 of 2 anti-depressants that are prescribed by Urologist to help with premature ejaculation.
Background: I'm a man who's in his early 30's and ever since i've been sexually active i've always ejaculated within 3mins of penetration, sometimes as little as 1 minute if there's enough stimulation before penetrative sex even starts. I assume it's because i have a really high sex drive and really sensitive penis as even into my 30's i still occasionally have wet dreams.
Experiment: I got Paroxetine over the counter in a foreign country & tried it for 10 days in total, on my 10th day i threw the pills away and here's my experience on them. For me they took about 7 days to actually have drastic effects on the length of time it took to orgasm, i went from a 2-3min guy to 20mins+ of penetration required to orgasm. After about a week i felt like my erections were only 80% of what they were before taking the pills, my libido was lowered abit and there were two times that i literally couldn't achieve orgasm in the following days.
Final thoughts: I personally think that people should give it a shot because it clearly worked for me without any real serious side effects, after i stopped taking them my body went back to normal within 4-5 days + i was drinking alcohol almost daily while on this medication so it's entirely possible that the libido reduction/erection strength wouldn't of been noticeable if i was completely sober + didn't get the flu. Ultimately if you have life long P.E i think it's worth a shot, there really isn't much to lose and it maybe a long term solution for you. Just know that you better do some serious cardio to keep up because needing 20-30mins of penetration minimum to achieve orgasm is very tiring and takes a lot of hard work and i'd go as far as to say it's far from ideal.

And to be fair Pegasus it's easy for you to say "do the work and cure pe" from my memory you have never suffered with PE.
I have lost count the hours I have done stretchers, yoga, Hindi squats, edged for 30 minutes without porn and I am still a 10 second ejaculator. But because I don't do a log then I suppose it does not count??!
I have lost count the hours I have cried with disappointment when I have worked my ass of for 3 months and still only last 10 seconds!!!!!
If PE is as easy to cure as you say then everybody would be cured.

Lets be fair now. He has helped many with their PreE issue. Doing the work has paid off for me and many others. It took me 8 months so sit back down. I struggled with literal 2 pumps done. All the stretching RKing workouts etc paid off for me so before you go on blast about how he doesn't know because he hasn't had bs.. Iv never gotten bit by a shark but I don't have to had been bitten by a shark to be an expert on understand how not to get bit.
Maybe you need to evaluate yourself again and find out where you went wrong, where others have succeeded. Hint hint a magic pill isn't the answer. My PE Thread

I'm sorry to hear you are missing out on the results from Pre E routines. I myself am into it since almost 3 months, and even though I am not yet cured, I understand it takes time. Maybe you have an underlying issue that you didn't catch up on yet.
But you have to understand a pill is a pill. In most if not all cases, its effects will start to wear off after the body gets used to it. It may not be 1 month or 1 year, but it will eventually do. And then you are back to square one.
Easiest way to see if your Pre E can be cured by body training is to try those benzocaine gels. If you last longer with them, its just a sensitivity/mental issue. if you dont ( like me, and a lot of other folks ) its physical.
if you are 3 months into this, go read ACpreE's log. See how time goes by as you scroll down the pages.
