Hi,

Has anyone used one to those capsules/pills that you take lets say 1 hour before sex and it gives you a rock hard erection (and maybe help with lasting longer)? If so, please suggest from your personal experience (available in USA). I see a lot and they all look shady.

Maybe use desensitizing lube? And focus on your pelvic floor balance and strength. Whenever you masturbate, experiment on how you react to certain stimulus (different strokes, different parts, different feelings) and really practice on lasting longer. I personally have never needed to take pills and I don't know whether your problem pertains to getting hard ons or lasting longer but I really think anyone can last longer if they practice the right way.

Also reads published books on sex and lasting longer: how the organ functions, benefits of like tantric sex etc. Has personally helped me get better and last longer.

Sigh, everyone wants a pill these days. Do a kegel/reverse kegels routine and edge. If you put in the work you will have permanent results instead of relying on a pill. You will also have stronger erections, more stamina, and better, stronger orgasms. Learning MMO is also another option at that point.

reverse kegel is relaxing the pf and kegel is strengthening it. You do reverse kegels to keep the pf balanced, if you don't then the kegels will train the pelvic floor become hypertonic. You said you don't have an issue with erections and then you say it's not as hard as you want it to be, how do you mean?

I did kegels before but did not see much difference. Any suggestions on reg vs rev kegel. I have no issue with erection but lasting longer. Also, the erection is not very hard as I want it to be.

I did kegels for couple months (not a routine just randomly while driving or work etc) but only regular as I was under the impression reg kegel makes erection hard and reverse does the opposite.
I mean I get better erection during foreplay but not as good when a bit later on. First erection is very good but I loose it during foreplay. I do still get good erection later but not as good as the first or when watching porn.

In response to the OP's question, I've found that Hammer Stroke works great!!! Most of the Indian ran gas stations should have it. Around here it will cost between $7 and $8. If the girl is a regular, I don't sweat it and don't take anything but if it's the first time or I don't get to see this one much, I'll pop one to make a lasting impression. Pills enhance what you already have and if you are trying to get the most bang for the night with a horny nympho, you'd be selling yourself short not taking one. There's been some girls that had sex with me 7 times in 8 hours. Kegels won't cut it against that type of woman. Ohhh and do they keep cumming back....

Yes, thanks! I am just saying the packaging is shady. This does not seem to be one of those take an hour before sex pills. It says take one after 2-3 days.

Oh it kicks in in 30 minutes but lasts 2-3 days. Best taken on a near empty stomach.
