  • Vores314's log - Main 2020 goal

    I've been lurking around for a long time. I've even started a daily routine for a few months, following my sexual therapist advice, but without much success. So I decided to drop therapy (I figured out that what he was suggesting wasn't nothing more than what you can find on this forum) and take a time off. Last year I was so busy with study and work that I couldn't focus on solving this problem. Now, this year I organized my life in a way that I can focus a lot of time on solving my PE issue. And that is my main 2020 goal!
    Motivated by recent success stories, specially ACPreE, I'm starting a log here, so I can track my progress and also get feedback from you guys.
    A little about myself. I'm 30 years old now. I have lifelong PE. I took paroxetine for about 1,5 year and it solved the problem while taking it. I've stopped taking it for about 6 months and the PE is back. I've also took dapoxetine a few times, but it worked only the first time, so I think I won't take it anymore. During sex therapy, I did eding daily and sometimes during sex I could last about 4min using the start-stop technique (which I hate, by the way). Now I'm back at the point 0. I'm ejaculating on the first pump. (Sometimes even during BJ if the girl doesn't stop)
    Now I'm not really sure what my routine will be. I'll try to incorporate exercises based on other logs. Sometimes it's too much information. Today will be my first day, so I'll start with a very simple routine and each day I'll try to incorporate more things.
    Today I'll edge using my STU Fleshlight, using soft nudity as stimuli (erotic dance) and I'll try not to cum. I'll try to do it for 20 min. I'll do it while standing. (Today I'll research the Kegel, Squats, and other exercises I'll incorporate tomorrow.)
    When I'm done I'll come back here and record how it went.

    2020/01/11 - Morning:
    Edging session with STU Fleshlight using soft nudity stimuli. It took 20 min. I didn't ejaculate on this session. It was really hard not to. I almost ejaculated by accident several times. Today I'll research some other exercises I can do.

    Edging session with hand and lube using soft nudity stimuli. It took 13 min 14s and I accidentally ejaculated.

      Today I'll incorporate a Kegel exercise as follows:
      50 Kegels, holding for 5 seconds or for as long as I can. I'll do it while laying. I'll specifically set aside the time to do it. I feel if I leave it to do during the day I won't do it every day.

          Today I'll incorporate Hindi Squats in my routine. I'm not really sure how many reps. I think I'll do 2min, rest 2min 3 times. So it'll be 6min of Hindi Squats.

            Hindi Squats. 2min, 2min rest, 2min. Total: 4 min. That was what I could do without having a heart attack.

            Kegel exercise. 50 reps. (I felt I'm starting to be able to breath while holding the kegel, I felt that I was trying to hold the breath at the same time I was holding the kegel on the first session)

            Edging session with hand and lube using soft nudity stimuli. It took 20 min (using the start-stop) and I didn't ejaculate.

              Today I'm going to incorporate a butt lifting exercise (I don't know if that name is accurate) to strengthen my core. 3 set of 10 reps, holding for 10s.
              I hope soon I'll have a complete routine I can follow. I'm still to research how to incorporate the RK exercises. I also need to evaluate if I'm doing the Kegel exercise correctly.

                2020/01/14 - Morning:
                Hindi Squats. 30s, 5min rest, 00:30s. Total: 1 min. Last session was too much, I have a little muscular pain, so I decreased to 30s for now.

                Butt lifting exercise - 3 set of 10 reps, holding for 10s.

                Kegel exercise. 50 reps. (I need to evaluate if I'm doing it right)

                Edging session with hand and lube using soft nudity stimuli. It took 20 min (using the start-stop) and I didn't ejaculate.

                    Hindi Squats. 30s, 6min rest, 00:30s. Total: 1 min. I still have a little muscular pain, so I decreased to 30s for now.

                    Kegel exercise. 50 reps.

                    Reverse Kegel exercise. 10 reps.

                    Edging session with hand and lube using soft nudity stimuli. It took 4 min and 15s and I accidentally ejaculated.

                      thanks for the updates mate,
                      I've been doing kegels for months now and have had no benifit sadly, I use a fleshlight and lube and put the fleshlight inbetween the bed and mattress and try to last as long as I can, it takes me around 2 minutes but for me its the sensation in the penis that drives me over the edge, not like the orgasm that comes from wanking. I think it's my sensitivity that's the problem rather than my pelvic floor, I'm so tempted to try paroxetine.

                        Good Job starting a log, Just catching up with your thread now.
                        Glad I inspired you to start your log, its one step closer to beating this beast.

                        Looks like your moving right along with testing and incorporating different things into your routine. Id personally step back on the kegel routine and focus mainly on the RKs until you can get a good grasp of where they are and the feeling of a front to a back. Stretching is good, you are going to need alot of it to get that PF loose again.

                        Id incorporate some Core/lower ab work along with it all.
                        Keep a body awareness of your pelvic floor. You want to retrain your body to not hold tension in there unless it is needed.

                        In my case, after i unlocked the PF and learned how to do a RK, i noticed i held a slight kegel all day long and had to really work to reverse this. Intense RK routine with constant body awareness of the tightening. Whenever i felt my PF being held by a slight kegel or tightness, I instantly relax it and remain holding my slight 10% kegel as long as i can throughout the day. (when i say 10% i mean just ever so slight relaxing. Its like if u had a dial from 1-10. The slight kegel is held at a 6 and when i remember i turn the dial back to 4. 1-2 would be strong RKs and 9-10 would be strong kegels in my example.

                        You are on the right track, just stay consistent and you will start to notice changes.

                          @ACPreE, thank you for the feedback. Yeah, I'm testing and incorporating different things. I think I'd better start a log and a routine and adjust it during the journey. I'll focus on the RK, then. I need to evaluate if I'm doing it right. That core/lower ab work I'll try to incorporate, but I need to figure out how I can do it at home. I'm also going to the gym, so maybe I can do something there, but I need to figure out which exercises. I'll research it.

                            I can't last long even using the fleshlight or hand, at least with some visual stimuli (soft nudity or porn). I have to stop every couple of seconds. So I'm edging using the start-stop technique. I hope one day I can increase the time of the first stop. The only way I can last long until the first stop is when I can keep an erection without imagination or visual stimuli. But that's rare. Normally I have to use my imagination or visual stimuli to keep an erection. (I can remember just one time I could do that)
                            About paroxetine, it worked for me. While using it, the PONR just didn't come. It's so weird that the first time I had sex using it I couldn't believe it. So I guess my PreE is mainly psychological, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I think that even if it's mainly psychological, the pelvic floor exercises can definitely help. Another method that can help my PreE is the use of lidocaine condom, but my penis gets so numb that it decreases my pleasure.
                            I know that the focus of this forum is not the use of pills, so I won't suggest taking it. Now my focus will be on trying to fix it naturally. I don't know if I'll succeed but I'll definitely put a lot of effort to it.
