    ShORT VERSION “on a day you know ou will have sex, what do ou do and not do to give ou he best shot at lasting and rewiring. ??????

    Stretch?. Rk? Nothing? Meditate?


    I am edging daily. It’s going well
    I am swimming daily 👍
    Correcting posture and apt wth stretches and light weights. Tick ✅
    And rk and reverse root locks throughout he day too

    I’m sure his is a slow process and I’m pretty prepared for this and most of these things will continue when I am cured ( because I will be cured)

    I know a willing and informed partner is the best cure However my wife and I have sex twice a week. She dosnt really know the extent of my problem because It work for us both reguardless, and she dosnt really like the idea of Long sex sessions anyway. Two kids under two, it’s better I solve his solo then just bro in the long sex anyway .👌


    Anyway

    My real question is , on the days I have sex. Should I skip anyhing (edging) or Long Hindi squat sessions or anything?

    And should I focus on or incorporate anyhing?

    When i've had a stressful day or a hard workout where my pelvic floor is a little more tense than usual I ..... Do an rk lol. Rarely these days but the tightness unfortunately comes back every now and then despite the fact i stopped RKing for a little while. Looks like i might just have a predisposition for it maybe. But when i got a girl coming over and i feel the tightness, i go wash the dishes or anything that involves me standing or even better walking alone. What i do is this. Engage my core slightly and tighten it up. Put my pelvis in a slightly more PPT position. And while keeping the pelvic floor as relaxed as i can, i bear down pressure from my core down into the pelvic floor only so very lightly. Depending on how tight it is, it may take anywhere between 30 seconds to 5 minutes to finally release the tension. If i really wanna fuck her up that night, i keep the rk going even while we are making out etc which will usually even prevent me from getting hard, but that's all ok and part of the plan. Once im ready and we get naked, simply stop the rk, take a few deep breathes, start doing more intimate foreplay and the hardon will appear real quick with 10/10 EQ and yet 0/10 pelvic tightness. Perfect recipe for that porn kinda sex.

      Don't tend to have a pre routine as sex for me is always random. Better chance on the weekends but during the week is a no go. The only prep i would probably do is just to do a little stretching just to make sure you are loose and do some RKs to make sure you are flexible and can relax. I do some leg lifts and some RKs at the same time almost every day so that may be a prep work as well but its hard to tell.

      Make sure you do some triangular deep belly breathing to keep yourself calm and relaxed as well.

        I like to pump up a bit to increase girth a bit.

          Ok thanks. Can you describe the feeling while engaging this hold. Does it feel like rk?

          And also I have tried your other method where ou make our low back to top spine as straight as possible then rk. Is this pelvic position it’s opposite ?

            I just go about my PreE routine as usual. I was at a point, a few years ago, that I could barely do penetration. Now I can last and last. I always did my routine regardless of sex.

            That is good. Daily edging is key. It is also helpful in terms of having a good erection when it is time for PIV sex.

            It takes time, and premature ejaculation can be controlled. IO am not sure about "cured" but definitely controlled.

            The two young kids will grow up (mine did) and being able to perform at peak performance later in the relationship will do a lot for your partner

            Before the actual act I will do a few stretches/helicopter twirls of the penis, to try and relieve tension and get it all limbered up. And I will hindi squat to relive pelvic floor tension.

              My only Yoga currently is Hindi squats , very open to suggestion to add a few more in.

              your progress over the last few years in your bio is pretty amazing. Are you all hand stretches and jelq? how many times a week do you train?

              I will only start this once I make the pre e my bitch.

                I normally do a 5 on 2 off for PE, and 6 to 7 on for PreE.

                Do it at the same time.
                One of the things that had a big impact on my PreE was consistent rock hard EQ. It helps a lot to be full hard.
                The other thing was the confidence boost from a bigger erection.
