Hi guys, new to the forum.
I am a 22 year old with lifelong PreE - generally cumming upon penetration or seconds afterward during intercourse.
I have been following the forum's stickied advice, particularly when it comes to balancing my pelvic floor (which I suspect to be tight as all hell) and stretching to increasingly positive results with masturbation only (my girlfriend is currently overseas visiting her parents).
I recently had an epiphany regarding my own sexual experiences and wanted to ask the forum if anybody has observed anything similar and might be able to shed some light on the situation:
Generally I would ejaculate instantaneoulsy at the start of a blowjob too, UNLESS I was standing. Realising this, I decided to experiment by edging/ballooning while standing too, which resulted in my lasting approximately 4/5x as long as I would have if I had been edging while lying flat on my back.
Could this be a sign of any particularly tight muscles or any other physiological factors that I could address in addition to my usual training regiment?
(It's worth mentioning that I don't think that my PreE is anxiety-induced, all of my partners have been very supportive about this and I don't feel the urge to avoid sex or fear failure when I go into it)Last edited by QuickTing; 02-22-2020 at 03:38 PM.

I have noticed the same thing. I have lifelong severe PE. I orgasm within seconds of vaginal penetration, about 20 seconds during BJ, and about 40 seconds when masturbating. How quick it happens in masturbation leads me to believe that it is not much of an anxiety problem either.
I have noticed that i fair much better while standing as well...maybe about 50-100% longer. (which isn't much when you're going from 3 to 6 seconds.)

Out of curiosity, have you ever tried to stand up as you masturbate (from a laying position) so as to take yourself away from PONR? I find that helps to take my arousal level down a consider few notches. I'm sure that this action is relaxing something (probs the pelvic floor) but maybe someone on the forum has an idea on how to specifically train for this phenomenon

In general standing will lead to more pelvic floor activity how this fits into your case I am not sure . I find I can manipulate my pelvic floor better standing but then I don't have pre e .

I'm lucky enough to last a respectable (by PreE standards) amount of time while standing currently. Assuming that I could one day achieve the same level of control while lying/sitting as I have when standing then theoretically I could close the gap between how long I last respectively.
I'm nowhere near a PreE expert and less so a physio-medical xd
Hopefully there is someone on the forum who has some experience having and subsequently closing this gap

I had PRE-E all my life, bi to have made some improvements recently by stretching and yoga , Rk’s, breathing correctly, lower ab and core and glute exercises and lots of edging to practice.
For the past 6 months, I have found out that if I stand and have my legs little apart, I am able to hold the lightest RK the whole time and go on for a long time. I make sure I am in posterior pelvic tilt and I can go much faster.
Another thing that helps is if my partner is about to cum and I feel ponr approaching, I just spread my butt cheeks with both hands and then I am able to go fast and deep and have control (make sure to not hold your breath which is the worst thing for PRE-E).
I am able to have sex in all positions while standing and with foot planted to floor, it helps to trust deep with full body weight force (have your partner just pass the edge of the bed).Started 7/15/2017
