I will first tell you about my background because I think it may be important, and then I will describe my issue with HS and RKs at the bottom of the post.
My PreE is caused by early-age masturbation, small penis issues (it was irrational- I have ovecome this), masturbation to porn (I stopped completely 3 months ago) and little bit of APT (almost completely regulated now).
I am an active guy, trying to hit the gym 3 times a week. I am commuting to my job by bike.
I have been in a happy relationship for 5 years but we do not have much sex because of my fiancees family issues (too many deaths in too short time).
I have been learning from this forum extensively throughout the last two months. Also, I have some past experience with Kegels, Mantak Chia, etc. (I never focused on DO but I was able to mantain a good quality erection for hours without despite ejaculating 3-4 times during a night- no waiting time).
My issue:
I have improved my APT, been doing RKs almost daily throughout the day. I used to do hindi squats (seat) and APT stretches every second or third day.
Lately, I perform hindi squats for 12-15 minutes every other day.
As a result, I have observed that my penis got larger when flaccid and I go erect faster. However, I go to the PONR almost instantenously. I was never that fast. We have sex rarely now but yesterday I was ready to shoot after entering my girlfriend... I am aware of the difference between RK and K. I know I am doing the right thing.
Could it be that I have overtrained or overstretched?
I know it is a long thread but I will be really grateful for anyone's opinion on this.
