    Thanks guys. And yes, I have a very tight & overactive pelvic floor.

    Especially when I’m tense I’ll notice I’ve been clenching my pelvic floor for some time, and I’ll have to consciously relax it.

    Still working on flexibility and doing Hindi squats, but it’s hard for me to do an RK when I’m seated down. Will keep working on it and try to edge too.

    I am truly not sure how this exercise relates but there is something special to me about this lajin stretch. Try it. I am consitently getting better at it and am noticing less random IK's throughout the day. I think it is relaxing a lot of my leg muscles and creating a feeling of stretching instead of tightness

    time for an update:
    both positive and negative
    negative first: I had not edged in a week due to being moved back in with my family and have been extremely busy. I did today and it did not go very well. I could not get an erection for a bit and then I started to rub my glans. I was still flaccid and after a bit of rubbing I felt an orgasm coming. I was completely flaccid. I took a step back, gained an erection, and slowly started at the base and went my regular 25 mins. This was frusturating but I am keeping going.
    positive: I am more flexible thanks to lajin and hindi squats and I think this is helping on cutting down IK's.

    questions:
    Has anyone had similar instance in orgasming while flaccid?
    When edging, some say light grip can make things worse because it develops you to become sensitive to minimal touching while some say tight hard grip can also do the same. What is the best way to go about it? If i am even slightly aroused and start messing with the tip I am almost over the egde.

    You have anxiety about it and as well you do not ejaculate enough. Also still super tight, I'd add the whole PF RK if I were you into my routine.
    A question, can you sit crossed legged on the ground?

    Had the same experience here

    I had a solid edging routine everyday for one month easily going to 40min session ending without ejaculating

    Then went sick for 2 weeks and not masturbate at all and when i went back to it its like i never made any progress, ejaculate in like 2minutes barely with a full erection

    How exactly have u been doing lajin? I assume you didn’t buy the equipment table thing?

    For me I just use 2 chairs, it's not the exacte method as my arms dangle a little bit but i do it in the corridor so i keep my hands on the wall...

    I can sit cross legged for only about 25 seconds before my hips begin to tighten up.

    Yes I use 2 chairs against a wall it is almost the same thing as the table setup.
