  • Increase sensitivity

    I have,for the most, trained myself to last a good long time. The lady finishes first. Since I started my training I have had decreased my sensitivity greatly. It’s not a gradual progression to PONR. It’s just staying at very low level, like a 3 forever then jumping to 8-9-10 quickly. I think plateau has never been achieved and solo exercises I now have a hard to keeping erect. Now what??

      I was doing tennis ball massage, Hindi squat, yoga poses, RKs, belly breathing. Edging 3 days without ejaculating. Now I have been doing just a kegal routine and have eliminated the other stuff.

        So when you say kegle rountine how much rk and how much kegel?

          Right now I just do kegels, no RK’s. Between them I try for my PF to be neutral

            For the sake of not high jacking another thread i am going to respond here.

            Thanks Pegasus for the links. I have read through them. When I edge I can’t seem to get past very low arousal. If I really try and build arousal and I will hit the PONR and stop, I begin to lose my erection. It goes from very low to very high quickly. Even during sex if I pull out I start going soft now. If I edge slowly I can do it for ever. I’ll maintain an erection until I stop or sometimes I’ll hit like a spike in pleasure and lose erection after that

              Edging 3 days without éjaculating can you tell me more ? How long session ? And dont the urge to ejaculate come back full force the next session ?

                Yes and no. Trying to disassociate pleasure from orgasm. Plateau guide in the sticky has all about it

                  Can you tell me whats your history ? Did you had bad pe too before training yourself to last long ?

                  How long it took you to see result by edging ? Im doing 20-30 min session everyday without éjaculating for 3-4 days and im scared it will be useless and ejaculate in few seconds with a women

                    Personally for me edging did not help me more then the self awareness and to practice your “technique”. Going into sex relaxed was what helped the most. It used to be a tensing exciting thing to me. Now it’s a breath easy and relax, lower the heart rate. I compare it to getting a massage, it feels good and the harder they go the more relaxed you get. For example 2 nights ago she crawled on top and went to town. I was cool and relaxed and the harder she went the relaxed I got. I even relaxed my jaw muscles. I didn’t notice she was cumming till she dug her nails in. Worry about yourself and she will be just fine.

                      I started to have success when I bought an STU Fleshlight. Set it up and essentially edge with it in missionary position. Great for building stamina and simulating the physical demands of actual intercourse at the same time.

                        I see yeah i can clearly feel that edging dont help me neither, i can last hours edging if i want even increasing the high arrousal stimuli, i can stop my porn whenever i want and edge for hours.

                        Yet i know it will not be the same arround a women as i can still feel the urge to ejaculate at the smallest arrousal spikes from a thoughts stimuli immediately.

                        Even after one month of edging daily 20-30min and ejaculating one time per week only.

                        Thats sucks.

                        I bought a fleshlight too, used to edge with lub stimulating my glan with my hands simulating a vagina etc i have mostly tryed Everything and still at the same point

                          Like aethelwulf said STU can help a lot. Simulating real sexual positions is a must when trying to learn how to relax your PF. When a real woman is involved it usually turned into a tense activity. Exciting and tense. Do you want to be the guy that walks to the free throw line to win the game and be cool calm and collected or the guy that’s excited, nervous, and high heart rate. Last night she went down on me and then climbed on top and I kept my lower abdomen relaxed, PF relaxed, and my breathing in check. Lasted that way longer then her. Then went to missionary which is hard for me. One study said guys that don’t have PreEj actually have a lower heart rate when sex starts then their resting rate where preEj have increased heart rate.

                            Sex is not the free throw line edging is . In the actual game there are more variables oposition to figure in and how to use your teammates . Free throw there is less to consider.
