    Hi guys, I have been on this forum for 2 years and had suffered from PreE my entire life.
    My first sexual experience was in the third grade, a female relative of mine kind of raped(my first orgasm) and the entire thing was well shushed and secretive. My whole memory of that concludes to only remembering the feeling of being in the wrong and wanting to get away - which in a way links perfectly to my issue of PreE.

    At the end of last year i had a surgery and figured I finally have time at home to start working on my problem.
    I did and still doing Pelvic floor yoga(Hindu Squat,Butterfly etc.), and started edging.
    Edging was always an issue with me as I was always getting to ponr in like a minute or so, and then i just touched my penis once in a while because it was super sensitive.

    In the end of February I went to see a Pelvic Floor Physio therapist which specialize in PreE(after 4 months of yoga and occasional edging).

    He did some testing and made a workout plan for me which mostly had Kegels.
    The nice take on the kegels was that he said to give the release of the kegel the most attention, so that I can use that release to relax during sex(kind of a soft RK maybe?). He also noted that I have a completely fine Pelvic floor and usually most of his patients do not have that strong of a kegel/release - so he asked me about my past experiences and we talked a bit about the trauma.

    After that meeting I went home and edged- and I swear I could never have edged for that long - the first time was 30 minutes of none stop beating.
    The day after that it was almost and 1 hour + lube. I could feel the direct control over my arousal at all time and could choose whether to cum or not only using my mind.

    BUT - in the bedroom nothing changed, It still takes me about 10 seconds to reach ponr, and that made me think that it's mostly the anxiety from the sexual encounter with the other person - which I think is linked directly to my trauma.

    So my question to you guys - First, can anyone relate to the long edging sessions but quick sex? and if so, what you did after that to increase control?
    Second, has anyone had anxiety issues fixed using some king of breathing meditation? and if so what was it?

    and last question which is a bit unrelated - I have seen Wim Hof's breathing method which is kind of interesting - it mimics the physical aspects of Flight/Fight and gets you comfortable with it. So far it hasn't done anything for me in the sex part but I was wondering what you guys think about that approach?

    I was like this soon after I started practicing edging. And it took a while for edging to transfer into the bedroom. I think two things made a difference. First was practice. After a while I started to have a better time in the bedroom. Then I started to use the bedroom as a forum for edging.

    I have had performance anxiety about sex for a long time. I use triangle breathing.
