    Hey bro! I get it! We're very close in age, and I have 2 little ones. For the last several years the MAJORITY of sex with my wife has been finding a spare 5 minutes while the kids are occupied to bang it out standing up in the closet doggy style LOL! This has conditioned me to bust a nut WAYYY to quickly! She doesn't complain, in fact she's glad we can knock it out and get back to parenting. But, when we do have the time to relax (usually in the evenings) many times its just as quick as the closet quickies! I'm not terribly concerned but I do work on breathing and RK's and such. I've kind of chalked it up to this time in my life, and its all good. I will say, PE has not made things easier in this department. My johnson is so much bigger now, I can feel everything in there I'm all pushed up against her sidwalls and it feels AMAZING! Used to feel like i was throwing a hotdog down a hallway, now Ive got to grab the base just to be able to shove it in there!

    Yeah I forgot to mention we have an 18 month old so time is limited.

    Those are impressive gains BallsMahoney! I was gonna try the JP90 routine but wanna get this under control first.

    This morning I edged for about 35 minutes with an ejaculation at the end. The last 2 mornings were about 20 minute sessions with no ejaculation afterwards. I edge before work cause that is the only time I have total privacy. Time is determined by how early I wake up. I will say 35 minutes felt much better than 20. I did notice i have a hard time keeping my deep breathing going. That may be priority number 1. Although I was really trying to focus on arousal level throughout so not sure if that was distracting me or not.

    I did experience some involuntary kegels (IK) and tried to counter with reverse kegels (RK). I need some practice with that skill.

    Had a good edging session this afternoon when I had some private time. I went about 45 minutes with an ejaculation at the end. I kind of wished afterwards I had held it in but oh well. I decided before I started that I would let it go.

    I feel as though my arousal control has improved a bit. It could be that I am simply aware of it now so I am controlling it better. I did not really come too close to the ponr at all until I was ready to finish. Actually when I was ready to finish I had to really focus to get there.

    I feel like my RKs are getting better. I am still doing them when I think about it throughout the day rather than a set routine just yet. One thing I noticed while edging was, as my arousal increased, I carried a lot of tension in my legs and lower back. When I noticed this and focused on relaxing these muscles my arousal would come back to where I wanted it.

    I really tried to focus on countering IKs with a RK. My frenulum is very sensitive and touching or squeezing it almost always results in IK. I have been focusing some attention on it to try to lower the sensitivity and eliminate the IK.

    Tomorrow I will take a day off from edging. I will probably start some stretching and try some hindi squats.

    My wife and I had sex this morning before the boy woke up. I lasted 6 or 7 minutes which I feel is a definite improvement but still have work to do. I felt as though I had good control of my arousal level when we started in missionary. After a few minutes we switched to doggystyle. As she started really getting into it I lost focus. If I could get my focus straight I think I would last a lot longer. I tried to refocus and get my breathing straight but failed. I also tried RK but was too late.

    Progress is good but I still have work to do.

    Quick update:

    Edging has been going well. I feel like I'm slowly getting an awareness of my arousal level. I can pretty much stroke my shaft with no problem for as long as I want. Its another story when I focus on the head. I get some IK when I focus on stroking the head. With that being a trigger point I have changed up my tactics a bit. I edge normally (full strokes) for about 20 minutes keeping my arousal as under control as I can. At that point I begin to focus on the glans and frenulum areas. I will get myself to ponr then back off. I repeat this 2 or 3 times minimum before calling it quits or ejaculating depending upon the day. I'm hoping this will help me put a stop to the IK.

    Another observation I've made since I started getting to know my body....my PF seems to be very tight. I've found that I was almost always holding a light keel. I tend to contract my PF instead of contracting my core muscles when moving. I attribute this to all of the workouts I have done in the past. I never focused much on core work because I thought developing 6-pack abs was a pain in the ass. I'm sure my core is weak.

    I have added some PF stretching and core strengthening work in to my daily routine. I have also started to do some PF massaging with a t-ball baseball. Hopefully this will all come together over time so I can beat this thing and move on to some PE work.

    Aside from a 6-pack coming primarily from nutrition, core work shouldn't be for aesthetics (could probably say that about all strengthening, honestly) and should be the foundation for everything. A strong core provides stability for other movements - life movements, not just working out - and for many things, could be thought of as the engine that provides power.
