I canīt agree with that given my own experience and anatomy. The BC is know to aid the erection so performing an RK will relax the BC which could cause a loss of EQ (as a lot of people here have experienced). As you mentioned it opens the blood flow so blood can enter but also leave your shaft. Erection occurs because blood is trapped in your shaft, so when this lock is ''opened'' blood may leave your dick causing you to lose your erection.

Not a whole lot new to report. I've just been keeping up with the routine as best as I can.
I did discover that I have a tendency to keep my jaw clenched while edging the other day so I have to work on that.

Oh yeah I also discovered that I don't have the control that I thought I had over IK. I think I mentioned that in an earlier post but I've realized I get them even more than I had thought. Just gotta keep pluggin away at the RK I suppose...

Still not much to report. I haven't been able to do my routine for the last 3 days so I'm curious to see if a rest helped or hurt.
I have been trying to gain some understanding of my PF and found i can isolate front kegels but not back kegels. When I try to do a back kegel I tense the whole PF. This is what I've always done when I did kegels in the past. Also when I catch my PF feeling tight or an IK it feels much stronger in the back around my butt. When I try to to front kegels (contracting the BC muscle only) it feels very weak and spasms within a second or two. I cannot clench very tight without the PC muscle taking over. I'm just curious if this has anything to do with PreEjac. I've never had any EQ issues that I was aware of.

Tried doing some edging today. At about 10 minutes I got a little too close to PONR and lost control. I tried holding a kegel to keep from busting but couldn't hold it. I guess I learned where my limit is so that is a plus. There's always something to learn.
June 2019: BPEL - 7 IN. NBPEL - 6 3/8 IN. EG - 5 1/2 IN. FL - 4 3/4 IN. FG - 4 3/4 IN.
Short term goal: Consistently last 10 minutes during sex
Long term goal: Gain total control over ejaculation
Bonus goal: NBPEL 8 IN. EG 6 IN.
