    Hello all! I would first like to say thank you to all of you that have been here giving great advice for so long. I have been reading through the stickies and educating myself as much as possible. I wish I had found this forum 10 years ago.

    I am 35 years old and married. I seem to have developed the inability to last more than 2 minutes when my wife and I have sex. She has never complained and is always satisfied (I really enjoy giving her oral before we start) but I would like to have the ability to go as long as I choose to. I believe this mainly comes from porn and poor masturbation habits when I was younger. I have started noticing involuntary kegels throughout the day as well. I have always seemed to have an excessive curvature in my lumbar spine which i think has caused my pelvic floor to be tight (lower cross syndrome).

    I have just recently started edging after learning about it here. I am also trying to consciously keep my PF as relaxed as possible now while also reverse kegeling when I think about it. I am starting a routine of stretches and strengthening for my gluten and abs hoping to correct anterior pelvic tilt. I am also trying to correct my breathing habits.

    This morning I noticed I have a hard time breathing properly while edging. I have been using ByggD's arousal control techniques.

    Sorry for the long first post but I would appreciate any feedback. I will try to update here as possible on my progression of conquering my Pre E.

    You have thought this through and are obviously serious .

    Have you been to a physio about the spine?

            I have not been diagnosed with lower cross syndrome or anterior pelvic tilt (ATP). I am making an observation of my physical characteristics. I have a bachelor's degree in athletic training which gives me some idea. With that said however I by no means believe I am able to professionally diagnose myself. I appreciate your point about seeking a professional opinion.

                      Hey bro! I get it! We're very close in age, and I have 2 little ones. For the last several years the MAJORITY of sex with my wife has been finding a spare 5 minutes while the kids are occupied to bang it out standing up in the closet doggy style LOL! This has conditioned me to bust a nut WAYYY to quickly! She doesn't complain, in fact she's glad we can knock it out and get back to parenting. But, when we do have the time to relax (usually in the evenings) many times its just as quick as the closet quickies! I'm not terribly concerned but I do work on breathing and RK's and such. I've kind of chalked it up to this time in my life, and its all good. I will say, PE has not made things easier in this department. My johnson is so much bigger now, I can feel everything in there I'm all pushed up against her sidwalls and it feels AMAZING! Used to feel like i was throwing a hotdog down a hallway, now Ive got to grab the base just to be able to shove it in there!

                      Anyway, welcome to the forum.

                          Yeah I forgot to mention we have an 18 month old so time is limited.

                          Those are impressive gains BallsMahoney! I was gonna try the JP90 routine but wanna get this under control first.

                              This morning I edged for about 35 minutes with an ejaculation at the end. The last 2 mornings were about 20 minute sessions with no ejaculation afterwards. I edge before work cause that is the only time I have total privacy. Time is determined by how early I wake up. I will say 35 minutes felt much better than 20. I did notice i have a hard time keeping my deep breathing going. That may be priority number 1. Although I was really trying to focus on arousal level throughout so not sure if that was distracting me or not.

                              I did experience some involuntary kegels (IK) and tried to counter with reverse kegels (RK). I need some practice with that skill.
