  • Masturbation Techinique and IKs

Hi all, I am a 33yr old male who has had PE most of my life. Like most I get IKs fast usually, which leads to PE.

Recently I have been experimenting with various stretching/masturbation techniques over the last 6 months with the help of a PF specialist whom I have been seeing once a month roughly.

For 99% of my life I have been masturbating "Overhand" (thumb facing down and using more of my full hand) and almost instantaneously get IKs pretty much every time I edge/masturbate.

Over the last week I have been trying "Underhand" (thumb facing up, and using primarily using my index and not really in a grip like overhand) and I don't get any IKs at all. (I have been able to go 10~min with no IKs multiple times)

Does anyone have an idea why I get IKs using one technique as opposed to the other?

How would you advise better conditioning then? I have been doing lots of stretching/RK over the last year.

In sex/masturbation I have very good control of IKs standing straight up, and laying on back.

When I am kneeling on the ground or a bed, or missionary I have almost no control over IKs.

Some positions tend to cause muscle action which causes IK . Knowing this might help you relax whatever muscle action causes IK . Continue to relax the pelvic floor.

So would you recommend trying RK/stretches in the poses/positions I have problems with IKs?

Hmm sounds like a good thing to try, just don't overdo it.
