The source of many long term postural issues that keep coming back:
That foot structure is not necessarily flat, which can be tricking you. However, your foot can be in a constant pronation.
The story gets more fucked up if one foot is pronating more than the other.

Hi, how long can you stay in hollow body hold? I just want to know when your TVA is strong enought.
I now can stay 1min perfectly.
I can stay max 2min but not perfectly. My knee just little bit bend.5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

I have studied and experimented the whole muscles in the body, months. Not only on myself but others as well.
I got my body to a decent level, I achieved pornstar stamina level etc. However, a physio saved me. If I did not take steps in balancing the mechanisms of my feet pronation/supination I was in danger of developing all those imbalances again if I wasn't repeating my extensive routine.
There's no harm in visiting a good physio who can see things that you don't. Who understands the connective body chain in a way that you cannot.
If you have not been significantly stationary throughout your life, like id some activity for 1 hour per day, and you have an imbalanced body, something is wrong, something probably genetic or developed in the first 12 years of your life. You need to fix that shit otherwise all you have done (if even any success achieved) can go down to toilet very soon.
And anything wrong in the body affects hips. Anything on hips fucks up not only your sex life but also your long term health.
See a physio if you have done self training for more than 3 months and you see no results.
