    I'm curious to know if anybody has cured there PE physically by doing RK and opening up hips etc. AND also noticed they have less precum.

    I ask because if I watch porn theres precum almost immediately and I'm lasting 10 seconds usually. If I edge without it I can go forever and theres no precum. If I have sex with a girl I am precumming like crazy before I even get my pants off and finish in 5 seconds. I can't seem to figure if this is just a really bad arousal problem or if I'm not putting enough faith in serious Pelvic Floor work. It's hard to stay motivated putting in hours and hours of effort into something if youre constantly doubting if it will even work a little bit.

    I’d also like to know this. I’ve had precum problems in the past too, I’d only kiss with a girl and the precum was coming. I think it may be related to arousal since it kind of makes sense but it could also be pelvic floor related.

      It's related to both PF and arousal.

      Porn is a bad habit for ones with a tense PF, because porn is indeed a cause of tension in the PF, if not aware.

        Arousal is a definite cause for precum. When I masturbate with blank mind or remembering porn not much of precum comes out, but when I remember something from my past experience the juices just keep flowing.

        Porn kills intimacy in young guys, it isn't good way to get introduced to sex. No touching, no caressing and no hands involved, just pure penetration.

          I have this issue too, but I didn't always have it. Except I can usually last long in bed by pacing. If i jack rabbit right away I'm done.

          I am about to make a post about my situation soon but wanted to check in here too.

          I dont even have to be kissing a girl. Lol. I can just be around a girl and it starts. Even if there is no indication anything will happen.

          I feel a lot has to do with imbalances in the PF and anxiety, BUT I never really feel anxious. I think what happened to me was excessive porn use which caused imbalances in my PF. I have very bad involuntary kegels, to the point just seeing a picture of an attractive female sets them off. I dont really train my kegels or reverse kegels, which I am going to start with this regimen of pe.

          This has caused me to avoid women and situations in fear of leaking everywhere. And yes it has gone through boxers and pants. It causes a lot of depression as I just want to enjoy someones company without having to feel my boxers get wet.

          Hopefully I can get it sorted this time around.

            I think excessive precum is related to premature ejaculation. I'm hoping this can be fixed by becoming aroused, via light masturbation/soft porn (i.e. not your fav genre, something more vanilla) and then NOT ejaculating. I think (I'm not sure though) that if I do this for as say 3 days then your nervous system will understand that arousal doesn't always equal ejaculation and will adapt. I'm going to try this and I'll comeback with the results.

              I think precum is triggered by involuntary kegels, which in turn increase arousal. it's all interacting.

              Since I've been doing a lot of stretches and erect RKs, my precum is much much less. my pants used to be literally wet.

              Also during foreplay, I try to be aware of my spasms. The relaxation part already starts there.

                I always have precum with sex or porn but nothing until the last second if I'm masturbating with imagination. That is why I always assumed it was arousal and honestly my severe premature ejacualtion in general as being an arousal issue. Having said that you (soon2bhuge) and a few other posters on this forum have said that stretches and RK can fix things. Some people (can't remember who or where) even have said they always assumed their issues were arousal based until they fixed their issue and realized only in hindsight that it was posture, breathing, etc.

                I have made progress with APT and working glutei / core, I more often find my PF opening during the day and am more competent at consistency being able to RK - - but still if I watch porn my ponr comes immediately upon penetration , like my mind has equated the foreplay as the time to get hard and precum, and the very moment of actual sex as the time to ejaculate. I have no real good answer to test this and fix it as I'm also trying to stay away from porn altogether. (usually only indulge when drunk)
