Hi everyone.
So I'm very new to posting here, but I've been a long time lurker on these forums reading lots of info about curing pre e over the last few months.
To give some perspective, I'm 21 and never had sex, but based on masturbation habits feel that I have Pre-E and when I eventually have sex, I won't last very long at all. (I have a fleshlight and can last for less than a minute). It doesn't take my many strokes to get to the PONR and I think that my issues are based on a combination of arousal issues (get too excited too quickly), an unbalanced pelvic floor and poor masturbation habits - where the goal has been to cum too quickly.
Anyway, I'm setting out a plan to hopefully make some big improvements over the next 2-3 months. I'd like to see some noticeable difference after this time!
So, my routine is currently as follows:
- Daily Pelvic Floor Stretches for 10-15 mins. Including happy baby pose, child's pose, various other hip flexor stretches etc..
- Daily RK only routine to start for 10 mins per day, add in Kegels soon
- Sitting on Tennis Ball to massage PF daily
- Daily APT stretches (as it think I have slight APT and feel that these stretches may be beneficial for my glutes, hips etc.. anyway)
- Edging 5x ish per week, with the aim of ejaculating every third session or so.
I have a few questions about this I was hoping you guys may be able to help..
1) When edging, I am trying to follow a plateau edging guide like already posted on here, but can't decide whether I should first start using my hand and working up to more intense strokes and then eventually move on to thrusting into my fleshlight. Or, I should only use the fleshlight and thrusting from the beginning, as this is more realistic in terms of real sex?
2) ive started this routine a couple of weeks ago and I think maybe the combination of the RKs, tennis ball sitting and PF stretches may have had an impact on my EQ - when I masturbate I've not been having full strength erections. Is this a sign to be adding in Kegels as part of my routine, say maybe a 50:50 K/RK to rebalance or any other suggestions?
3) I have a very sensitive head/glans and it seems that the stimulation of these areas are what leads to many IKs and reaching PONR quickly. I've seen ballooning mentioned on some of the forums but don't really understand it. Should I have a session where I try and stimulate the head, but holding a light RK to try and counteract the IK? Or is there other methods? Any simplified explanations would be helpful
Thanks a lot for reading and I'd really really appreciate any feedback on my routine, suggestions or answers to my queries. I'm going to keep a log of my progress and update this thread on a weekly / fortnightly basis with what I've done and any progress.
Thanks!

1. I am a believer in progression so start with hand , if you have trouble doing plateau then begin with stop/start.
2.It could . I suggest you experiment with gradual adding some kegel.
3. There are many edging methods . I am not an expert on ballooning but I have a thread that may be of help I will see if I can find it.
