What positions do you find you can last the longest in?

I've been working on my PE for about a month now, I've been doing stretches and edging, progress has been made. Within that time i've had sex about 4 times, and a couple blow jobs.

I used to last <10 seconds in missionary and cowgirl.

Missionary i can last a solid minute + now, so that's progress. Cowgirl however, i barely lasted 15 seconds the other day. I have no clue why, i felt as if i was making progress, but i wonder if it's position dependant.

Anyways, what do you guys think? Do certain positions make the PE worse or better?

For me its cowgirl, but with me sitting on the couch and her on top of me. Its the only 3 times in my life that I didnt cum, and I lasted as much as I wanted even with super fast thursts

Jockey is my go to for control.
I cannot do doggy, just too exciting.
Missionary is now within reach.
Cowgirl is generally doable.

Missonary and variations of missonary (i.e. me on top) is easily the best control position for me. I'd say this is both from a stimulation perspective but likely more to do with the fact that I can completely control the speed and depth of my thrusts. If it gets too intense, I try to relax or just pull out and focus on kissing her all over.

With her on top stimulation isn't greatly increased however I certainly less almost all control over speed and depth. I've got more work to do here to make things a more attainable position.

Doggy-style is an absolute no-go. Even those sessions where the stars have aligned and I have seemingly been able to last as long as I want (very rare), I'll switch to doggy and it will all go down hill from there.

Especially if you're only a month in I'd recommend focusing exclusively on those positions where you know you have more control over. This is obviously easier said then done if you're partner isn't on board but hopefully it can help.

Missionary is probably the easiest.

Doggy style is easy to manage too.

Cowgirl just doesn't do anything for me, I seldom cum and often struggle maintaining an erection.

I think I have the opposite problem. I easily get desensitized and can just go on and on. I have to mentally focus to cum. To my surprise, harder and faster makes me last longer. Its the moderate to slow strokes that allows me to feel all the sensations. Two concerns I always have: 1) I will be come too desensitized and not be able to cum, 2) I will run out of stamina and get too tired to continue.

Actually now that I'm thinking about it... I do have a small window of time where it all feels good and I could just cum but often times my partner hasn't gotten their satisfaction yet so I press on and then once that window shuts for me it's really hard to get mine.

Agreed. IDK if it’s the physical part of quick, fast pounding that is distracting, listening to her orgasm so often or trying to keep fast rhythm but slow all the way out, all the way in, slow , deep penetration gets my motor running.

Oh boy oh boy.. mentioning this in the PreE forum, many of us are dreaming to be, where you are. I hope hard work and dedication will pay off and we can also brag with similar post in the future.😀

On the topic. Surprisingly for me, lately i have some minor success with doggy which was absolutely no go for me back in the time. I can only guess, but I think that me doing my RKs standing and sitting nowadays may be the reason, before I was doing my RK routine always laying down on my back.

Surprisingly the easiest for me is doggy (with one foot forward and switching it from time to time), then missionary (with variations of both legs straight, one leg bent or both).

All of the positions where I'm not in control (like her on top) are a whole different story. And that is in the same sex session.

For example the position were you transition from doggy to where you sit down on your heals and she sits back to grind you. When trying this I suddenly I go from full control and "pounding" in doggy to almost zero control when sat back and her grinding. I even go back to doggy to take a break and gain some control - and that is back to fast and deep trusting in doggy.

So the difference in the span of seconds is astounding and just plain silly. I still don't know why, but I'm working on it

Anything standing up. So her at the edge of the bed either face up or face down. Can't do doggy from my knees. Missionary isn't bad. Can't do her on top except weirdly I can't do it from the bed but if I lay on this ottoman that I bought and have my feet on the ground, or if I sit up, I can do that. And the good thing here is this position was one thing that would make my ex orgasm over and over - I think because she has to straddle and that causes her pelvic floor to then be tight/stretched.
