Hello PEGym!
Im struggling with PrE and it is probably a result of fast masturbation while holding a kegel (you cum quicker and it feels better) when I was younger. I know something about rk and rfk, Im on a good way in isolating these (a few successful attempts).
But I didn't find any answer about:
-What to do while sex (beside rk while getting close to ponr). I mean how to keep my pf relaxed BUT not by doing a light rk.
-It is connected with the first thing and it is a bigger problem for me: when i start playing with myself i feel tension in perineum area. I don't have any control and I assume that is a thing which makes me cum quick! It doesn't matter if I do it slowly or faster, there is a tension while masturbating and sex.

Already doing good with the RKs and RFKs, during sex: BREATHE THROUGH YOUR BELLY, it naturally makes your PF relaxed.
As for the second problem, I think ballooning/edging while concentrating on not tensing up is important, rub your most sensitive parts while focusing on not contracting your muscles and staying relaxed!

Thank you, especially for that advice about breathing through belly! I will try this out.
You know, no matter how I concentrate on not tensing up, it still happens, even with very little, slow stimulation (I would know how to treat that if I could masturbate SLOWLY without that tension). Is there any way to prevent that?

Have you tried ballooning your frenulum? Find where you're sensitive the most (where you tense up), generally the frenulum, then rub it ever so lightly focusing on keeping it relaxed and not tensing up. Progression would be rubbing it harder and faster, so start slow and light. Try that for about a week and see how it works out.
It's ok to start slow and light then progress focusing on keeping everything relaxed down there.
