Hi everyone! I'm trying to extend my time during sex but I think I have some tight pelvic muscles and IKs. In the past I also did prone masturbation and still, I sometimes find myself doing it before waking up. Now I'm practicing RKs with and without masturbation.
I have realized that even masturbating normally or during sex, I squeeze my pelvic muscles to get pleasure. While masturbating, if I RK or release my pelvic muscles, there is no pleasure. Then my erection gets weaker. Does this happen to other people? Do I have to do a light kegel to get pleasure? Or should I keep masturbating with relaxed muscles and wait for the pleasure to arrive? Thanks in advance.

I think the arousal pathway is messed with when using kegels to keep the erection.
Takes some time to power through this state. Needs to rewire.
Increasing the speed of masturbation or thrusting will help.
Also without touching the penis getting an erection, naturaly, is a way to rewire.

I noticed that as my PF relaxes from exercises and stretches it is harder to get and keep erection.
I was a heavy porn user that experienced drop in EQ so I relied on K to get me harder.
This way I developed a habit of K during making out and sex which is now involuntary kegel.
Is there a stickie about getting erection without touching?

PE fatigues the dong, especially stretches.
Ejac less often for hands free erections. Caution: it might drive you nuts.

I definitely experienced this, I always relied on kegels to get "as hard as possible" and to finish. It is possible to feel the same when 100% relaxed, I've done it many times since I've started training but when you start losing it, even just a lil bit you may want to go back into kegeling since it feels good, so you need to train this.
