    So over the last month or so I've been dedicated to try and beat my Pre-E.
    I started a routine which involves 15-20 mins of Pelvic Floor Stretches everyday plus 10 mins of RKs and tennis ball massage too. Also whenever my PF tenses up I am trying to correct and hold light RKs throughout the day.

    When it comes to edging, I've been edging with my hand and lube and only ejaculating every 3 sessions or so. I've also been doing some ballooning where I rub the sensitive parts on my head and try and hold a light RK etc... To try and counter the IKs and get used to the sensation.

    I can use my hand and lube and edge for a while without getting the urge to cum. However the very second I enter my Fleshlight, within 5 thrusts I cum. I don't understand how or what I can do to get better with this.

    Is it too soon to be using the fleshlight? It is a very tight and ultra textured one. But I also think that if I never get used to the real thing, I'll never make any progress. Do I need to work more on my Pelvic Floor? Could it be the thrusting position in missionary which prevents my pelvic floor from relaxing? Any suggestions would be welcome as it's very discouraging to feel like you're making progress with the pelvic floor/RKs/ edging and then see that it has all been for nothing when moving to the fleshlight.

    Hey, I am no expert and just started battling this PreE also but maybe I can help.

    I think 10 minutes of RK is too low, I do them now for 3x10 minutes in supine position and with my legs at 45 degrees and only at 3rd set I can feel the PF expanding noticeably. Also a couple of 10 minutes belly breaths is great for relaxation and getting in habit of deep breathing.

    I don't know much about ballooning currently. You missed hindi squats which are really good for PF.

    1st step in plateau edging should be eliminating IK when you notice the spasms by doing RK or holding a light RK during the whole edging session, also speed of your strokes should be slow and you should have blank mind. Member WillGetBetter did RK and then slowly slid down the FL so he could fight off the IK, each stroke was 5s apart. Also big thing with edging is not to use porn cause it causes spikes in arousal and that tenses up your PF.

    Start edging in position where you can RK easiest, for me that is standing (missionary is very hard and I will tackle this one last). This way you will see the biggest improvements and it will keep you motivated, also as you get the better hang of RK, breathing and arousal it will spill into other positions. Progress log is good for tracking progress, duh. So make one.

    And read the stickies, tons of valuable information.

    Thank you for your helpful reply! Are you making much progress through doing this??

    And that's great, I'll try and do more RKs on a daily basis. Do you do any regular Kegels as well or just fully RKs at the moment? Also, what is your RK routine? Do you do 10second holds and then rest etc .. for 10 mins at a time or something else?

    Yes Hindi squats is something I definitely need to implement but not sure I'm doing them properly. When you do them, do you get into the position and hold for as long as you can? Or do you do multiple?

    I think I'll defo try my Fleshlight in the standing position first as I definitely will have most control in that position. Think it's a case of walking before you can run☺️ I'll be keeping a log and hopefully will be updating on here!

    It's hit and miss, still struggling to figure this thing out.

    Hey, I have a progress log so you can read there what I do and my progress. But when doing RK I inhale deeply, contract my lower abs so I could RK and slowly exhale while holding RK.

    I just started doing hindi squats, so I put my heels shoulder width apart and point fingers outwards and do 4x 20 reps, now I can't go very low but I try to keep my back straight. After that I do deep hindi squat, here my back isn't straight but I hold this for 1' and after that I do hindi squat against the wall for 1'.

    Read the stickies and start progress log. Good luck!
