I'm seeing improvement in bc and pc kegels and also improvement in pc reverse kegel, the thing is that i see little improvement with my reverse bc kegel in the matter of not involving the abs. do you guys have any tips about that? how did you overcome that

It's always somewhat there, I assume, especially with really intense RK's. With a relaxed RK it's easy.
When you're at a balanced position between all muscles then only the breath will have an impact. But you see the breath messes with the abs already. Stretches them, contracts them.
So don't worry, just strengthen your RK control and awareness and the linkage gets looser after time.
I guess the difference can be leading the abs via the PF(stronger RK) or the other way(abs force RK)
