So, after been demoralized for a few months and thinking I would never be able to cure Pre-E, the first day of this very month I re started to try to quit Pre-E. This last weeks have proven very succesful: I have mostly eliminate my IKs and I'd say that my PF is now 50% more relaxed than 22 days before.
But when I edge I still feel a little movement down my balls. Is that normal, in the sense that it always should be a little action of the BC muscle, or on the other hand does that mean that I still have some very light IKs?
If the second it's true, then I'm sure it's due to still having the glans very sensible and therefore having to do more balloning sesions with lube.

It takes time to completely eliminate the IKs. I am not sure if they would ever be completely gone.
I'd say that the IK while edging is normal, and there will be days when it is worse and days when it feels like you have total control. For myself the former have gotten less and less while the latter have gotten more. Takes time, though.Last edited by incogneeetoe; 07-05-2020 at 09:18 PM.
