Hey guys, first of all i've been lurking here since almost a year, trying to improve my Premature ejaculation (which is from 20sec to 2min max)
I've been stretching (sometimes a lot, sometimes never) since february i'd say, i've tried to do Reverse kegel, i'm working out a lot...
I've seen no changes yet BUT :
Around March, i felt like a huge balloon expending in my ass 3 or 4 times this month, and fucked my (ex)gf like for 10min like a madman, could masturbate like a king, etc...
I was only doing anal reverse kegel at this time, but i stopped because i was scared of prolapsus.
Somehow, i tried recently to make this happen again and i can't, i fucking can't make this work again.
I'm trying to reverse kegel as much as possible, i feel it between my anus and my ball, i can do another in my anus, and a third one around my tailbone (it's harder).
I can do one around my penis, but this one is the hardest.
When i masturbate, i do believe that i clench something really near my penis base (can't explain) but it feels really little, and don't know if it's mental or not.
When i poop, my anus used to clench like very hard, it seems to be gone now. I do still clench my PF a little.
I wonder if i clench my PF everytime, can't tell (in the little spot at the base of penis)
Stretching : I'm doing a lot of stretching to fix my APT, and i'm doing 10min lajin stretch each leg also.
Workout : I'm working out all my body 3x a week for around 2 hours
Masturbation : When i masturbate, if i go "normally" i can come within 20sec
Sex : Foreplay is ok if she don't go too hard on my dick
Penetration is around 1min i'd say
RK : I'm trying to hold RK as much as possible, but don't know if i should do front or back, as back rk was the thing that helped me once as i said before.
Also, when i don't ejaculate in 2-3 days, i feel like my prostate is full, which is an horrible sensation
I am 23, and i am tired, i'm more or less fighting this shit for 1 year, and i don't see any result.
Help me if you can, i feel stuck.

Regarding your stretches, lajin and ATP stretches are great, but also try to include stretches which helps you improve your split, something like trying to open your legs from sides etc.

I approached PreE very holistically. I did yoga, pelvic floor, aerobics, etc. And edging, I notice that you do not mention edging.

I might try more stretches as you suggest. I've read your post anthonio, are you still paying attention to the thing in your pf that push the prostate or is the need gone ?
I don't edge much, i'd rather workout and stretch, it might be a bad idea but i don't really thing edging all day long is good
