I’ll start this progress log because i want to get rid of PremE, i’m 23 years old and kinda unexperienced with sex, i recently got a girlfriend and couldn’t last one minute.
I got myself a fleshlight so i could train with something that looks more like the real thing, i use lube with it.
When i masturbate with my hands, if it’s not with porn i can go forever, but with porn i last like 5 minutes (i don’t watch porn anymore, 3 weeks already i guess).
With my fleshlight, i’m trying to get better at the missionary position (one of the only positions my girl likes). What happen is, if i go with slow thrusts, i can last a good time, let’s say 10 minutes, but as soon as i go more fast the urge to cum comes immediately.

If i just let my penis inside the fleshlight and do small thrusts by not making friction on the glans i can last more.
One thing i think it’s important to mention is, i was one of these teenagers that used to masturbate fast to porn. I never had sex until now. So today i used my fleshlight to do edging as i'm doing every night. I didn't start the stretches like hindi squats yet, i will start it tomorrow, but here's how my edging sesh went:
First, i started at the missionary position, that position is hard for me, but i started with slow thrusts and i could keep going for like 5 minutes, when i get to 5 minutes i kinda get bored of the slow thrusts and i speed up and when i do this i feel the PONR coming in. ALSO, when i'm thrusting, i feel A LOT of contraction in the muscle that is located right below the testicle, i don't know if it's the BC or PC, but it's right below the testicle, and that is a problem i'm sure. Even when i try to go very slow to see if this mucle will contract, it does, i guess i have a very imbalanced pelvic floor i don't know.
Then i tried to simulate doggy position, i positioned my fleshlight into the wall and started to fuck it, when i'm standing up i can last a lot longer even if i'm doing fast and strong thrusts, i feel less BC (or pc?) muscle spasms, but i still can't last more than 5-6 minutes if i maintain the fast thrusts.
One thing that i think it makes me go fast to the PONR is, besides the pelvic floor imbalance (i guess i have idk) it is the fact that as i'm 23 years old and not experienced with sex, i never had a lot of experience in fucking a real pussy, so the sensation of a pussy feels really good for me (i used to masturbate with hands for my entire life, i just recently got myself a fleshlight to train), the sensation i get when i feel the tight and smooth fleshlight going in and out of my penis makes me go crazy.
I decided to stop without ejaculating, i will ejaculate only once every 4th session. I took a cold shower after.

How are you going to handle the psychological part? Fleshlights don't move, her pelvis does. The sights, smells, sounds, all of that plays apart in arousal.

I have a girlfriend, i guess the psychological part i will figure it out with her. In fact, i think that with her it will be more easy because i will be able to focus my mind on other things such as her smell, other parts of her body etc, i could be wrong tho.
I didn’t rated my arousal yet. Do you think that works? I mean it doesn’t look like it works to go and say to urself “lets get to a level 7 of arousal” to stay out of PONR but i can try it

It definitely works. If you get to amped up you head straight to PONR. If you are calm, then you can last longer.
Case in point:

The porn is an external stimulus that greatly increases your arousal level, hence the significant difference in time.

Update: Last night, i ejaculated, and when i woke up today i decided to do my edging session in the morning because i saw someone saying in the morning you're more relaxed etc...
Well, i would say this edging session today went very good, i simulated cowgirl position with the fleshlight and i was able to last like 15 min+, the PONR just came when i really started to do fast thrusts etc...
Along with this edging session, i incorporated the deep belly breaths AND i did the Arousal Technique thing, when i saw that i was getting more aroused, more to the PONR, more to a level 8-9 arousal, i told myself "lets stay in a level 7 of arousal" and i tried to make my mind go back to the level of arousal that i had in the first 10-15 minutes (Before the fast and strong thrusts), and it actually worked(a little bit but well i can take it).
I ended the session without ejaculating, i'm only going to ejaculate in the next 3rd session. I will start working out again doing bodyweight exercises 3x per week, jogging 2-3 times per week and will start the stretches in the pelvic floor, hip flexors area and maybe tennis balll massage on the BC (or PC idk, below the testicles) muscle.
PS: I came to the conclusion that i get VERY aroused with VISUAL stimuli, the physical stimulation i'm slowly getting used to because of the fleshlight, but VISUAL stimulation still makes me very aroused, for example, when i was using the fleshlight, if i looked right into my penis going in and out of it, that would make me very aroused and stimulated, making me have involuntary kegels spasms.
WHAT I WILL DO: In the next edging sessions, i will start to use the fleshlight and i will look at it for like 5 minutes i think (start slow) to make me used to the visual stimulation. Correct me if that is not the right thing to do.

That's a very good session. You are listening to yourself too.
It looks like you have two stimuli that get you to PONR fast:
1) Fast and hard thrusting
2) Visual thrusting
You are on the right track, just get used to feelings of the stimuli over time!

So, i was only suposed to ejaculate tomorrow but i ended cumming today... i started using my fleshlight with my back laying on the bed, with slow and then some fast penetrations, then i changed to missionary position and couldn’t last 5 minutes and i was not even thrusting hard or fast, just normal...
