I know a lot of you lads out there support and work towards finding a natural solution towards fixing your Pre-E, but I also know that you can all relate to how stressful and degrading it can feel having Pre-E and how desperate you are to find anything that will cure it.

I've been edging none stop edging and stretching to release the pelvic floor for the last 2 months and managed to get about 7 minutes on my second round, to some that may be an amazing achievement, but for me it's just not good enough. Yeah something like that - the 60 spray is $60 dollars so thats 30 rounds of sex - both times I used it they were done after round one and were too tired for a round 2

Did it help me in the long term? I’d say no to that, a early miss fire, is an early miss fire. It is what it is. Unfortunately, age is what cured my Pre-E. Started around 40, so no. I never really cured my Pre E, just grew out of it, I guess. But Promiscent did help me last longer. I don’t Remember hearing her saying she was numbed by it, but I didn’t tell her I was using it until she found it, and asked. I mean, I had a male ego still back then.

That’s good to know. I am 43 and I still come in less than a minute sometimes. I have pretty much come quickly all my life, so I’m looking for anything that will help.

I have been trying to practice semen retention, but that seems to really make me come quick. I’m starting to realize that if I ejaculate within a few days of sex with my wife, then I have a better chance of lasting a little longer with her.

I always had pre-e and for years 19-26 I almost always used stud 100 (similar to promescent but much cheaper, they are all numbing). I don’t use that anymore since I believe with numbing cream the feeling goes from 10 to 1 and I really don’t like that much. After that I used to cum once and second round much better but still less feeling (still much better run numbing).

For few years I found that viagra/cialis (I prefer cialis) helps a little and I always smile weed at night so that helps a little and if a glass of wine together then can last for few mi items or more of slow.

Few months after that I discovered small doses of tramadol makes me last almost as long as I want (first at 50 mg dose one hour before and later even 25 mg). I loved having sex and not thinking about cumming.

I also found pyt, which is called pau yuen tong which is a chineses cream (Amazon is it). This one is different and when you apply it correctly it doesn’t numb but feels less sensitive in the region applied (I only applied it on freneleum). Amazon has it and it won’t cost more than $0.2 per application.

For The past 2 years I am much better now because of yoga, Lajin, breathing, lower and work, gluten, core workouts and rk’s.

Now I have great control if I either stand or do any position while my legs are on the ground (for example missionary while I have legs on ground and no pressure on pelvic floor to tense up). Other positions are getting better, for example planks and lower ab work help with missionary and flute bridges help with cowgirl.

I was only doing edging, yoga, lajin, breathing, lower and work, glute and core workouts and RKs for 2 months and saw a very small amount of success. Yes, if I really focussed on my breathing and concentrated and went slow I could probably see greater improvements, but it was amazing when using promescent to get lost in the moment of sex and appreciate the girl and be as aroused as possible without cumming. +1 on this. I am not a sales guy either, but I bought the trial size (20 sprays) and used it twice this past weekend. I was skeptical but had read a few good reviews about it so gave it a try.

My wife was out for the afternoon and I knew we were going to be having sex later that night, as it had been almost two weeks for us. I had been edging at least once per day, sometimes more, for most days the past week. Tried the spray during and edging session that afternoon.
