Long time lurker (first glanced at this forum maybe 5 years ago) . I use to do a lot kegels unknowingly when i was a kid bc of anxiety and stuff, but when i recognized my problem i started to cut them off(after seeing this forum).
I still have ik’s during sex. I dont know if i can do reverse kegels correctly . Maybe back ones but definitely not fronts. Cant even make my pee go faster , just a little amount.
You know how when some muscle is tight because its really weak? I used to lift and that was the case for my hamstrings. I just counted and i can hold a kegel 2.5 seconds before it starts to spasm and give up. Could that be the case ?
