I don't know if this is a common thing but after months that i try to keep my pelvic floor relaxed and avoid iks i have noticed that both in piv and masturbation if i hard kegel everytime that i have a iks i can actually last more gaining more control over my arousal. I do like 15-20 hard kegels at session and this increased my time from 2 min to 10 minutes. I know that kegels should be used near to ponr for bring arousal down but i can use them everytime for that porpouse, even at 6 i can kegel and bring it down to 4, ect... is this uncommon?
Is this an unhealty beheviur to follow?
tl;dr Doing kegels during piv make me last longer than rk

It works for me.. a long hard kegel when ik starts, after that keeping the pelvic floor relaxed is easy.

FL STU I can go about 30-40 mins of fast rhythm, around 120 strokes a min, not really reaching PONR, maybe once... I do the long kegel a couple of times maybe... 3 or 4. I'm not really sure about the exact number, but it's not a lot. And it's not a short kegel, I think that one is counter productive. For me it needs to be a long kegel and really trying hard to kind of clench the anus (I think it's called a root lock? not sure). Anyway, a 15 sec really hard kegel like that whenever I start feeling involuntary kegels (when it kind of starts trembling) tires it out I guess and it's easier to just keep a light reverse kegel after that, or do a quick strong RK, and then relax. Similar kind of thing with cowgirl position during sex
Curious to hear others' opinions and experiences...

If it's the cowgirl position, I can go as long as I want.. actually have problems reaching PONR. But the problem is other positions, missionary, doggy style etc. For those, I'm done very quickly.. a couple of minutes. Need to practice with FL STU for those positions as well, doing kegels and reverse kegels in those positions is much harder for me..

Is it possible that because we are doing hard kegels we actually are making our pelvic floor even more tight?
If this is the case a short term solution may be a long term self sabotage
