Hey dude, just wanted to come and say keep up the good work and definitely keep it up with the log. Although I don't post and haven't started my own, reading other people's logs and success stories has definitely kept me motivated on my PreE journey.
I am basically in the same boat as you with regard to my PreE. For a few weeks now I've been focusing on doing RKs whenever I feel an IK during the day (which I started to realise, is quite often) and also whenever I remember to. I've also been stretching a lot cuz I realised my hips\glutes area is quite stiff and imbalanced although I do not have APT. Although I'm seeing and feeling flexibility gains and PF relaxation gains, edging and sex are very hit or miss - some days I can go for maybe 2 minutes of PIV (which is a lot for me), and some days I cum during insertion and my PF is completely and irreversibly clenched.
Something that I feel helped me in loosening the PF is tennis ball massage - maybe you should look into that. I've also been ballooning here and there and using a fleshlight for edging but Im afraid this is where our problems are most similar - I just can't seem to dissasociate the feeling of arousal with orgasm - I can wank forever thinking about nothing, but as soon as my gf is here my dick is throbbing like a motherfucker ready to bust.
Guess we just gotta keep grinding and hope for the slow and steady gains

Alright it’s been a couple weeks and I finally have the time to buckle down on this again. Very cliche with New Years. I got a kettlebell for Christmas and have been hammering kettle bell swings. My ass is sore constantly so that’s a good sign. Intending to strengthen the posterior chain. Also been doing McGill big 3 exercises for my core. I strongly suspect my TVA is trash and not doing its job.
As far as arousal I’ve been toying with why I basically hit Ponr this instant of inserting BOTH in real life and just watching porn. It’s like a trained behavioral response I think I need to break. I definitely associate being turned on with ejaculating. The only time I’ve ever felt a sort of plateau phase it’s been followed by frustration to finish eventually. I can’t really comprehend having complete control and being very aroused. It’s like trying to imagine a new color haha.
I’d be interested in hearing what other people on here have done to fix an inactive or weak transverse abdominus. I don’t think I’m able to really have it working throughout the day, just when I’m concentrating on using it from leg lefts and such.

Kettlebell swings today along with ab stuff, really focusing on the TVA focusing on stability rather than explosive movement.
I have no idea how to reverse kegel without using my core to some extent but I’m not super concerned with that. Hoping if I take care of postural corrections the will fall in line. Consistency and patience seem to be the name of the game.

Noticing it’s easy for me to expand my pelvic floor when I keep my rip cage down. I always focusing on engaging my glutes to tuck my pelvis but I think I might be overlooking the second piece to a neutral position which is my ribs down and not flared. My overhead position is trash and a PT once told me I had the stiffest thoracic spine she’s ever seen for someone my age haha. Going to ad that into the routine but I’m also weary to not try to fix a million things at once and end up losing sight of the main components which I think is my core and glutes.

I’ve been doing reverse kegel breathing consistently everyday. Paradoxically my dick and balls have seems to shrunk and tightened more. Should I chalk this up as a reaction to the change I’m trying to implement?

How much volume of rk training did you do?

Maybe 15-20 mins of focused RKs while deep breathing at night and that sparsely thought the day if I remember to.

Been trying to activate my multifidus and to some success I think. Unfortunately it’s not doing any favors for my sciatica on my left side which unsurprisingly is the side a little weaker.
