Back on the horse after a couple days not training because of vacation. Went skiing so my quads are super fatigued. Unfortunately a muscle I probably want looser not tight lol.
Once I got home and finally had some privacy for the first time in days I went from having a rough time getting it up to cumming within 20 seconds when I finally did. I’m making a point to constantly record these failings not just as a way of venting about failure after failure but in hope that I and hopefully others can look back and see how brutal it was but that it’s not impossible to cure no matter how severe a case of PE. Hopefully one day.

No I will. I have APT but it’s less significant than it used to be. Also sloping shoulders.

So I went to a PT about an hour ago and it was a pretty validating experience. First off I went because of a string of other issues I’m having other than PE. My hips are wonky and twisted, both sides of my body feel significantly different as a result. I won’t bore anyone with the specifics.
The interesting thing is how he was surely confident that all my problems areas don’t want to “let go” and it’s not so much my muscles but my nervous system. My brain doesn’t trust that my core can do it’s job because..drum roll..my TVA is not doing what it needs to do. He thinks if I really develop my ability to use it everything else will fall in place. Hoping that includes improvement with not nutting myself in 5 secs but I’ll take anything at this point lol.

Now, training this muscle is hard and it takes longer than a normal muscle to develop. It gets stronger by a very frustrating rate, so you shouldn't expect to see the results in 2 weeks, or a month or e.g. in my case it took two months to just feel it working.

All this TVA and glute work is going well I think as far as my posture but if anything it’s made my pelvic floor tighter. I’m probably just going to accept that for the time being and keep up what I’m doing.
On the arousal side it’s still bad. I don’t understand how to be aroused with a relaxed pelvic floor. Like off course I get the idea but I have no Intuition or felt sense of what that would be like to experience.

Between a combo of golfing and going back to bjj for the first time in a year I absolutely trashed my fragile lower back. So unfortunately I can barely hobble around currently and haven’t been able to exercise.
In the mean time I’m just doing reverse kegel breathing as much I can and experiment with stretching my pelvic floor by pulling my dick. Involuntary kegels are nuts but dissipate after a while of breathing.
How much Vit D do you take?...
