I understand that, if he had said all the things that he mentioned in his post helped him fair enough, but he starts it with that first paragraph. That will lead people with pre e to believe it should work and when it doesn't they could just give up thinking they can't fix the problem.

You come because the tension level crosses the PONR. The tension here is the arousal. But guess what, if you stop feeding it by refusing it, it diffuses itself.
PE is both mental and physical. Mostly mental in 90% of cases. Have you noticed while you have drunk you last longer? GABA neutotransmitter at work. Shows that cerebral activity triggers the reflex.
Mentally then, two pillars to CONTROL:
- accept the worst scenario. If you fear it, you don't let go. If you don't let go, you refuse it emotional. If you refuse it emotionally, now the energy has something to pull on. It is like if you put a stick in a mountain, now you can pull on a rope to this stick to get up. If you throw a big load on her face, so what? She will laugh, you will spank her and with her or another you will fuck again. Get over it. The best way to get loose is... humour. Imagine the worst scenario, LAUGH YOUR ASS OFF about it.
- believe in yourself. Say to yourself these words, 20 times, with full power feeling and conviction:
"NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, I'M GONNA BANG THIS GIRL LIKE CRAZY"
Feel it through your body. Imagine you have full power. Feel the satisfaction to the point you BELIEVE.
The physical pillar to me is reverse kegel competive response mastery. But guess what, if our mindset is good, kegels WON'T happen. Again, see when you are drunk as f*.

Tried all that before. Also i'm confident, comfortable and happy with my girlfriend yet i still used to finish early. But i would also do so when on my own with no worries no tension, even if i wasn't that aroused which gives me full knowledge it was all physical. I don't have pre e anymore thanks to exercise and edging. But i know arousal comes into it obviously i finish a bit earlier when aroused and the higher the arousal the quicker the finish. But i've been getting used to stimulation art high levels of arousal and i believe thats why i've improved in such a short time. Not taking focus off or avoiding it.

Which exercises have you practiced aside edging longerlastingnoob?
It is true it is optimization factor, but not sufficient in itself.

Reverse kegels, deep squats and attempt a few of the yoga stretches but not good at them, but once i'm feeling a stretch. I edge in sessions that go 30 min- 20 - then anything close to 20. I don't do stop start i just constantly edge for the duration keeping myself close or at ponr as often as i can. I do reg kegels only once a week which i only started again few days ago. This has fixed my pre e and actually i'm starting to make sex last upward of 30 mins depending. I haven't cut out porn but i dont abuse it, i've used it to my advantage and it's definitely helped.

Thank you for your experience. I incorporated kegels again but I really don't feel it serves me so I stopped. RK definitely helps, it is control pure and simple. Deep squat I incorporated it but didn't do it yet. So no ballooning? I also think that edging is the key, cause it forces the brain to dissociate the intense pleasure close to the ejaculation, from the ejaculation, making it way less desirable as the only think it does is stop the sex process.

Yes definittely, i do balloon but i just incorporate into my edging. All those things have not only made me last longer but increased sexual pleasure immensely. I think even if people are not convinced that it will work for them they should do it anyway because of all the other benefits, while looking into other forms of combatting pre e.
