I just wanted to share the above video. I find that the area from below the ribs all the way down to pelvic floor get stiff and tight. This exercise is the best thing I’ve found that really feels like it’s stretching all that junk out.

It is not a stretch, more of muscle activation move. However, I always believe muscle activation is the first step of getting rid of muscle stiffness. It should help to make your breathes deeper.
For people who are looking how to activate TVA by abdomen vacuum, this could be a good start.

Maybe it’s just because I particularly need that region cleaned up but I beg to differ. The suction pressure definitely creates a pulling. But yes you’re right the TVA is activated and it’s a good way to familiarize with the muscle.
