    If you do a very intense IC flex the butt can open up similar to a full pelvic floor reverse kegel.
    I think you`re still doing a kegel cause a normal kegel can "pull it in" too. But it will feel different.

    Another hint to get the Mind-Body connection is to imagine a See-Saw inside your PF. With the leverage middle point inbetween pubic bone and anus.
    The area where the IC is will go up while the butt area will go down. (sitting)
    In my mind it appears like two "tuning forks" being the seats of the See-Saw, the two "legs" of the IC muscles(pulled up and together) and one the other side the left and right cheek bones(being pulled down). Which is rather accurate cause inside the two IC legs are anchored to the ischial tuberosity(basically cheek bones) so one can feel an actual pull there.

    What was the best position to do this for you guys? Standing, sitting, or other? Should the flex of the two lateral muscles be inside the pelvic area or just where the penis is coming out of the pelvis area(base of the penis) ? You said that the butt area just go down. You mean as it should be relaxed?

    I was more comfortable sitting , try to hold a reverse kegel both front and rear and flex ur IC . i actually feel both of the lateral muscles but also something in the middle where shafts begins.

    I’ll share my experience with IC stuff. I played with IC contractions over the years and can repress ejaculatuon with it a good bit of the time. This isn’t the only way, but i found works.

    What best worked for me to start was laying on my back and putting my finger on the top side of my penis where it connects to the body with light pressure to feel the contraction. What I would do is mimic the sensation of a gentle towel raise, while trying not to engage the BC.I understand a lot of it runs from the sides , but I could never get the mind body connection focusing on the sides, but could if I focused on the top of my penis. I also got to the point where I can lift my penis a considerable degree. If anybody has ever read minuteman MMO guide he mentioned the type of kegel he does to stop ejaculation in the technique part is essentially a towel raise, which is the same flex I’m doing only flaccid. I also used to do what wiper did, the “turtle contraction “ as I first thought this was how you did a normal kegel, which seemed to make it easier to do the flaccid towel lift stuff. I only keep emphasis on the flaccid towel lift thing as just for me personally it l feel differently than standard flexing penis up and down. When erect has a strong IC flex along with BC. Once i could replicate the sensation flaccid , it was hardly any BC involvement. I was basically trying to find a way to shortcut the MMO guide. Hope this helps.

    I can’t flex any muscle while I RK. I’m still trying to figure out how to flex this without flexing the muscle at the tail bone. That flexes the most for me. Should I see the penis retract, or this will only happen after the muscle is more trained?

    Butt bulging outwards kinda.. I guess its the iliococcygeus, Pubococcygeus.

    The flex is mostly happening at the mid point of the IC muscles inside the PF. (white box not blue box)

    With a full RK it`s hard to flex any muscle in the PF. The RK just pushes the IC passively similar to as if you would flex it.
    It`s easier to get to the IC by switching from an RK to the IC flex cause the RK is canceling the BC muscle out which is kind of an antagonist to the IC muscle.

    Update : Morning wood returned , for 5 straight days im getting morning wood , not rock hard but still its getting better!

    Once the IC is located, how should it be trained for improvements in the duration of sexual intercourse? Also, how and when should it be used during sexual intercourse?
