Hello guys i've got some great news for a lot of you , i've been lurking here for 2 years searching for solutions.I had ED/PE.It all started in a period of my life when i started masturbating daily sitting in front of a screen.So i had to search for some answers.Things got pretty confusing , i thought i had weak pelvic floor so i started doing some kegels and i got rid of ED but PE was getting worse , then i read about reverse kegels i implied them but i couldnt find my way to use them while having sex/edging efficiently(It was a cycle i would reverse kegel then EQ dropped and i wasnt even enjoying it ).Then about a year and a half ago i discovered a post on reddit of a man claiming IC muscle got rid of his sexual problems.I googled about it but very few posts came up on sites like pegym or ************* and none of them were enlighting as of giving insight on the IC flex or the benefits of it.So i gave up on it and thought that im dumb for searching these kind of things on the internet and the fact that I tried so hard to find a solution gave me the idea that this was the case.
One week ago i returned to that miserable point of view or thats what i believed and searched again for that little dumb IC muscle and surprisingly i found a new post by dickerswarz or smth like that so i decided to give it a try and for 3-4 days i was trying to make the mind to muscle connection , it happened and i started working it out , not a real routine just some flexes till it gets tired.I forgot to mention that during that week i was in a nofap streak of 30 days ( i've done it many times in desperate situations cause i believe it was a backup plan in my head that maybe by doing nothing something will happen but i guess u just understood reading this that this view is dumb)

Long story short after 5 sessions i could move my pennis and when that happened the EQ was way better , the erection angle was way higher and when i felt like tension is building up and my arousal levels are getting higher i could just flex that little muscle and everything went back on track without losing EQ.
I know some of u will argue with me saying u havent tried it with a partner and blah blah blah..but from edging sessions lasting like 20-30 minutes longer with higher intensity while im getting stimulated by porn im pretty sure thats a positive SIGN on PremEjaculation.Im not a messiah that worked for me at least for now im just pretty happy about that and wanted to share the results cause i would like to see a post like this back then without losing time.If any of u try it just know that getting mind to muscle connection on IC is not that easy.Some guys say that by doing a light kegel u can feel the IC in the beggining , i made my first connection with the muscle by doing a reverse kegel followed by a real light pull focused on the area of the IC (both sides).So dont give up if u cant find the connection easily ,it's worth the try.Also i wanna thank the creators of the forum and moderators or whatever they are called for supporting us with their knowledge and experience!
