    Going to switch things up and try front kegels and target the IC and see what happens. I’ve been convinced on the posture and loose pf but maybe simple kegeling is the answer right in front of my face I’m ignoring. Haven’t tried regular kegels in years when I first lost my virginity and realized I had a serious problem. Nothing to lose. I’ll wait a few weeks before reporting.

    Wow. Super hungover yesterday and still feel not great today. Masturbated both days and probably lasted less the 30 seconds both times with my hand and some imagination. My body was desperate for some dopamine? Literally amazed at how bad I am with this stuff.

    Last week or so haven’t done much training. Preparing for an interview and then getting the job have taken up a lot of time as well as finally getting back into bjj after months I’ve been tired. Just jerked off and legitimately had ponr in maybe 15 seconds without even being super aroused. Pretty insane and usually these things demoralize me but not this time. It’s great to see the poor results being directly linked to my stumbling in training.
    It’s human nature to be less motivated when you doubt the work will actually pay off. So a level of certainty in the work paying off helps psychologically stay focused. Knowing my PF is tensed up and having no control is confirmation that the physically is at the very least hugely relevant to success - or at least failure. So in my subconscious mind there is now the recognition that maybe I still can’t fix this cursed problem but at least I KNOW I can make things less bad.

    Not great at keeping this log. Every other day I’m alternating between glutes and abs stuff. Back is still messed up so I really don’t have any other active hobbies to get in the way. My ability to RK has improved for sure. I can really expand front and back when I feel things opened up. I feel like I’ve improved breathing with my diaphragm and keep my attention toward expand with in breathes while I jerk off. When aroused my body has a tendency to fall into shallow breathes so I’m trying to counter act it.
    I can sort of RK while edging or whatever but not really. My problem is still the problem I’ve always had. The second I’m actually arlused even a bit I’m done. Maybe 6 thrusts and goodnight.
    This problem is mental torture and honestly so brutal but I try to imagine the weight off my shoulders that will come if things take a miraculous turn for the better.

    Had a couple beers last night and relapsed on the porn front. Ponr within a minute. Ups and downs ... not very happy with myself. Low arousal and high arousal is night and day for me.

    Things went well last night. I was sitting all day and felt low back and hips were tight too - so counterintuitive. I donít know what to think but Iím not complaining if things go well they go well.

    In regards to last comment Anthony I will see if Iím contacting any of those areas subconsciously in the future.

    Yeah, that's what it should be like. Sometimes when loosing the erection, people start to contract upper abs, back muscles and PF to regain the erection (most of the times not deliberately) and boom, off course.

    No continued luck unfortunately even tried with pay Yuen tong, couldnít tap into whatever was going on. Pf feels pretty loose too so idk what the deal is. How is the urge to ejaculate so often independent of muscle spasm / contractions? Very strange.

    Last couple weeks I've been edging with lube which I mostly haven't done most of my life. Maybe half? the sessions I hit a plateau type stage which is huge for me because I literally never had any conception at all what being aroused and stroking hard even felt like. At the very least I now have a glimpse of what I'm aiming at. This may not sound like much but it's pretty mild melting for me to experience lol. Any way we'll see if it helps in the short - medium term.

    Should note I've also been doing yoga but not much direct PE specific exercises and work. I'm doing yoga in hope of helping my back which I assume is a disc issue. Obviously posture, pelvic floor, injured back etc etc. are all related it's just hard to juggle a war on multiple fronts sometimes and I just need to be like ok goal for today is show up to yoga and call it a win without any more overthinking than that.

    Back on the horse. Reinjured my back doing BJJ 3 weeks ago mostly likely slipped disc. Finally able to walk and stuff but have to be careful doing anything intensive.
    Before injury I had been stretching and doing reverse kegel breathing regularly but no results to speak of. Mostly cut porn but if I falter and do then itís like ponr in 10 seconds lol. I guess Iím more venting than anything but whatever - gotta persevere.

    Thanks for the feedback. Easing back into to things so not going crazy quite yet. I figure if I just build the habit of working on my posture everyday and do some exercises and stretching I can up the intensity as my back heals.

    I'm unsure if I can feel my psoas at all trying out standing flexor stretches but I don't usually with kneeling ones. I usually do the "couch stretch" and mostly feel quads being hit. During both I try to keep my pelvis neutral but its tough just to do that. I really feel my psoas (or at least I think my psoas) being stretched if I do a pigeon pose with a little reaching side bend toward the side of the front leg.

    In a way I'm glad I recently tweaked my back so bad because it took my ego down a notch. I need to stop just doing a million bridges. What I need to to do movements deliberately and correctly.Not trying to solve this thing in a day but trust that if i have any hope of beating this thing I need to be willing to do the small foundational things right and then work up from there, no shortcuts.

    Gonna have to grind hard my man to see results. A lot of people arenít seeing results because they arenít putting in the work necessary. Itís tough right now because a lot of places are closed due to covid still. Soon as youíre able to though, hit the gym and hit it right. Lots of protein, solid diet, 4-5 days a week, and youíll see the results start to come.

    Probably very tight in psoas compared to other flexors as it seems abs are not the issue. Psoas and glutes, if they are not doing their job, abs don't have the power to tilt the pelvis on themselves.
    Do more standing flexor stretches than those lunges and kneeling ones, they target psoas better. kneeling stuff target the rectus femoris dominantly.

    In all honesty, I don't trust the physios and chiropractors. I have been doing Foundation Training lately, and seen improvement in my lower back. I suggest you check it out. It is very hard, but totally worth it. The explanation is so logical, and makes you believe you are hitting the right muscles working towards fixing your issue.

    There are other free videos you can check, but this one just hits your pelvis so hard, that it will definitely speed things up.
