I remember reading somewhere that you can over stretch but i cant find where i got this information can anyone elaborate?

Can you do too many reverse kegels?

Yes, but it isn't as bad as doing too many kegels. You may just have a little soreness. It's pretty hard to overtrain RKsMy WorkARTICLES:

While it is harder to overtrain rk than k it can certainly be done . It is usually just a matter of a bit of rest to get over it .
A rk only routine with no kegel or the like can level the pelvic floor with little tone . The answer here is to include some stengthen work.

You only need to do like 50 max, then try doing towel raises (put a towel over erect penis and try to raise it) or longer holds. THe point is to increase the intensity not reps.
Always do kegel erect.
