PF Stretching
Hindi squat : 5min x 6 = 30min

Pigeon pose : x
Happy Baby pose : x
Lizard Pose : 5min

Tennis Ball Sitting : x
Starter : Did some quick ABS & Glutes exercise.

RK : 50 full RKs and 50 front & 50 back RKs (only 2-3 sec hold each).
All Day RK : Couldn't do.
Edging : x
Meditation : Did Meditative RK Hold for 5min.

Are you able to post a posture picture ? Based on your imbalances stretching certain muscles could be actually making things worse

Everyman I really suggest a posture pic. You could be stretching muscles and not even knowing that it's stunting progress based on your imbalances.

But I'm very sorry. I'm not quite comfortable with this picture idea. Perhaps later. Maybe after a few months.
But at present - I'm sorry. Please don't mind.
As regards posture, I've two problems : APT and knock-knee. Slight APT is visible while walking and neutral standing. Sway back posture appears when I stand with wide stance with knees locked.
As regards stretching, I stretch mostly Ant. Tib, Hip Flexor, Quad, Lower back, QL and sometimes calf, adductor and hamstring.
Any idea? Suggestion? Am I doing something wrong?
